• Establish, document, and continuously improve core HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle • Create and implement HR templates (contracts, letters, policy documents) aligned with local requirements and Lumine standards • Manage monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with external providers • Support management of straightforward employee relations matters in line with German employment law • Ensure HR operations comply with local German legislation and internal Lumine governance standards • Partner closely with local leadership to deliver effective HR support aligned to business priorities • Provide guidance and support to any junior HR or administrative support where applicable

• Contribute to digital marketing campaigns, including content creation and distribution • Support demand generation activities in collaboration with sales and marketing teams • Assist in preparing promotional materials, presentations, and events • Create and publish content for digital channels such as LinkedIn, websites, and newsletters • Support development of product-related content in collaboration with internal teams • Help maintain consistency and quality across marketing communications • Support the maintenance and use of marketing platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and WordPress • Maintain and update contact databases and marketing assets • Assist with website updates, including content management and SEO improvements • Conduct market research and support analysis of marketing data and performance • Use analytics tools to track engagement and campaign effectiveness • Contribute to reporting and insights to inform future activities • Support planning and coordination of trade shows, events, and webinars • Assist with logistics and marketing materials for external engagements

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and support resolution of technical issues • Communicate clearly with users and stakeholders to guide issue resolution • Provide timely and professional support to help maintain a positive user experience • Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge bases • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address more complex issues • Support ongoing communication with internal or external stakeholders as needed • Participate in an on-call rotation to support service continuity

• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, and ongoing product evolution • Support pricing, packaging, and positioning decisions • Help identify opportunities across media and video technology ecosystems • Monitor industry trends in media technology, such as streaming, content workflows, and cloud platforms • Support competitor analysis and market positioning • Engage with customers to understand workflows, challenges, and priorities • Work with cross-functional teams to align on product priorities and delivery • Partner with engineering and R&D teams to deliver product features • Participate in industry events, customer sessions, or product discussions as needed

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects and programs • Manage scope, timelines, risks, escalations, and customer communication • Drive project governance, status reporting, and SteerCo meetings • Lead requirements gathering and support scope definition and change requests • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery • Own delivery KPIs including: Forecast accuracy, Revenue forecast and realization, Utilization, Project profitability / PS margin, Delivery performance • Lead and mentor Professional Services Engineers and Project Managers • Support hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across delivery processes
