Role Description We are looking for a highly driven Assistant Manager / Manager – Affiliate Growth to scale our US Lead Generation and Pay Per Call business by building, managing, and growing relationships with high-performing affiliates and media partners. - Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners across Pay Per Call, CPL, and Lead Generation campaigns. - Recruit, onboard, activate, and retain high-quality affiliates, media buyers, call centers, and performance publishers. - Drive affiliate acquisition for US Insurance, Debt Relief, Home Services, Medicare, Final Expense, ACA, and related verticals. - Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies to increase traffic quality, lead volume, and revenue. - Identify new traffic opportunities through affiliate networks, forums, LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook Groups, and industry events. - Monitor affiliate performance using tracking platforms such as Trackier, Ringba, HasOffers/Tune, Everflow, and RedTrack. - Analyze key performance metrics including Calls, CPL, Revenue, Conversion Rate, Approval Rate, EPC, ROI, and Call Duration. - Coordinate with Advertiser Growth, Network Operations, and Tech teams to ensure campaign launches, tracking accuracy, and optimization. - Maintain strong relationships with top affiliates through regular communication, performance reviews, and incentive planning. - Ensure compliance with advertiser guidelines, TCPA standards, and campaign quality requirements. - Negotiate payouts, volume commitments, and exclusive partnerships with affiliates. - Work closely with US-based partners during EST business hours. Qualifications - 3–4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, or Pay Per Call. - Proven experience managing affiliates for US CPL and Pay Per Call campaigns. - Strong understanding of Insurance, Debt Relief, Home Services, Medicare, ACA, Legal, and Financial lead generation verticals. - Hands-on experience with Trackier, Ringba, HasOffers/Tune, Everflow, RedTrack. - Knowledge of affiliate traffic sources including Search, Native, Social, Email, SMS, Display, and Call Center traffic. - Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities. - Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. - Experience working with international publishers and media buying teams. - Comfortable working in EST overlap hours. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
