We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Production and Digital Content Intern to join our Marketing team for the summer. Launch your storytelling career with Vbrick. You'll get hands-on experience editing, creating social-ready content, experimenting with motion graphics, and collaborating on real projects that make an impact. Location: Herndon, VA or East Coast What you'll do and learn: - Support Vbrick's video storytelling initiatives - Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging short-form and long-form video content - Trim and arrange clips; add and edit music, voiceover, and audio; color correct and grade footage; create motion graphics; add captions; and add visual effects - Repurpose existing content into different formats for various platforms - Collaborate with producers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and implement revisions - Brainstorm new content ideas, identifying gaps and opportunities for engaging content - Assist in pre-production for projects, drafting and editing video scripts, storyboards, and treatment boards - Assist in virtual productions using online recording platforms - Ensure videos meet brand standards, technical requirements, and deadlines - Stay up to date on editing trends, tools, and techniques - Ensure projects and asset files are organized - Assist the marketing team with the development and execution of multimedia social campaigns that amplify and advance Vbrick's narrative across channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Reddit, YouTube - Create original graphics and video content - Resize/edit existing graphics and video content Qualifications - A passion for storytelling and experience creating brand-focused social media content - Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail - Experience working with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects - Experience working with design platforms such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma - Exceptional written and verbal communications skills - Currently attending an accredited college or university in the U.S. Sophomore or Junior or rising Senior year preferred. Title: Enterprise Account Executive Our Enterprise Account Executives possess a strong hunter mentality with a drive to close complex sales. This role is responsible for developing, managing and closing business within a targeted territory. You will serve as a trusted advisor to large enterprise organizations, identify immediate & long-term business needs and articulate Vbrick's powerful value proposition. If you excel in working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, we'd love to talk to you! Location: This position will be fully remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S. What you'll do: - Within your assigned territory, establish and maintain long-term client relationships; qualify and close new business. - Lead a complex sales cycle; leverage and collaborate with additional resources; partners, inside sales and sales engineers - Develop effective strategies for winning in a competitive environment. - Manage, and direct a virtual team during the sales cycle to achieve quota assignment. - Work autonomously to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets & goals What you'll bring: - New business hunter with 8+ years Enterprise Software Sales experience (customer accounts with 5000+ employees), with a proven track record of selling complex, SaaS solutions - Prior experience in the video industry is a plus. - Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions. - Previous success with complex sales involving multiple decision makers - Strong experience of selling to C-Suite (or one level below) with a good understanding of technology - Good working knowledge of Partner ecosystem and experience establishing and fostering strong Partner relationships. - Strong consultative sales and closing skills - The ability to accurately forecast - The ability to partner with value add integrators / resellers A little about us: - Casual and flexible environment to encourage creativity and collaboration - Flexible hours and 4 weeks of PTO to enjoy life! - Competitive compensation, annual bonus program and generous benefits - We want all our employees to be a shareholder.
