Role Description - Partner with Client Service Specialists to support complex client servicing needs. - Independently execute complex treasury activities, including manual wire requests, exception processing, and time-sensitive transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. - Apply sound operational judgement within established control frameworks to identify, escalate, and resolve servicing issues while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. - Coordinate across Fulfillment Operations (onshore/offshore) and Products teams to drive issue resolution, improve workflows, and deliver consistent, high-quality client experience. - Assist with intake review and document quality control for new account onboarding and treasury fulfillment requests, ensuring submissions are complete and accurate and aligned with operational and compliance requirements prior to processing. Qualifications - Strong knowledge of Commercial and Corporate Deposit Account Types. - Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, core and business online banking platforms. - Strong Treasury operations knowledge. - Ability to manage complex requests independently. - High attention to detail. - Strong problem solving and cross coordination skills. - Client-focused mindset with commitment to service excellence. - Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Requirements - High School diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of banking experience in customer service or treasury management/operations. Preferred Experience - Bachelor's Degree plus experience in working with a variety of Commercial/Corporate businesses such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Government entities, Commercial and Industrial entities, etc.
Role Description - Represents the bank in conducting active prospect and customer business development activities designed to generate new loan, deposit and related business for the line of business, while meeting the Bank's existing and prospective business customer's needs. - Manages relationships with business banking clients through service and support, such as overseeing maintenance of client accounts and ensuring client's needs are met. - Establishes strong referral network and relationships with commercial real estate agents, brokers, CPA's, accountants, attorneys, and other Centers of Influence (COI's). - Develops strong professional relationships with other Bank department associates, as well as supplemental business lines and vendors to cross sell and generate appropriate business product and service recommendations to help clients meet their goals and expand client relationships. - Actively collaborates with other lines of business to ensure the clients specific needs are met. - Provides quality customer service to existing customers and accounts through problem resolution and maintains consistent communications with clients through onsite visits and outbound calls. - Develops and maintains intimate knowledge of the policies, Bank guidelines for their business line. - Refers lending opportunities, treasury management, insurance, residential mortgage, and deposit relationships to bank partners. - Participates in civic and community activities to promote the Bank's diverse products and services, maintains professional network relationships and strengthen community ties. - Interviews loan applicants, analyzes financial and related data to establish credit worthiness; establishes and negotiates credit terms, and monitors customers' credit. - Monitors outstanding loans and takes necessary collection actions on past dues. - Educates the borrower on business line process, structure, and sets expectations. - Analyzes, determines eligibility, originates, and structures loan requests. - Submits complete documentation packages to the credit. Assists in the credit analysis and underwriting process as needed. - Recommends approval of customer applications for commercial loans. Qualifications - Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Ability to prioritize and organize assignments while working on multiple projects simultaneously. - Intermediate PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and referral tracking programs, such as Sales Force. Requirements - High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of related bank lending sales experience or a combination of sales/credit analysis experience. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3 years of bank lending sales experience and a minimum of 1 year of credit analysis experience is preferred.
Role Description - Advise and assist on development of consumer banking deposit and loan products and payment services over the entire life cycle from ideation to launch, including advice on marketing, disclosures, product terms and conditions, federal and state legal and regulatory standards, compliance management, operational implementation, and business impact. - Provide expert legal advice on laws, regulations, and standards that are applicable to consumer deposit and loan products and services, including: - Truth in Savings Act - Expedited Funds Availability Act - Truth in Lending Act - Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act - Equal Credit Opportunity Act - Electronic Funds Transfer Act - Fair Credit Reporting Act - Gramm-Leach Bliley Act - Unfair, Deceptive and Abusive Acts and Practices Act (UDAAP) - Collaborate with internal partners from across the Bank to assess the legal, regulatory and reputational risks associated with consumer banking deposit and loan products and services and develop approaches for managing such risks. - Assist internal partners in the evaluation and development of appropriate consumer banking policies and practices that conform to legal and regulatory standards. - Provide legal advice and support, and perform a wide variety of other tasks, as assigned to help the Bank protect its business, commercial, and reputational interests. Qualifications - Knowledge of and experience with consumer financial protection laws and regulations. - Ability to draft complex contractual documents and product disclosures, terms and conditions. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects. - Impeccable attention to detail, unwavering commitment to excellence, and the highest standards of integrity. Requirements - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a law firm or in house at a financial institution. - Active membership in good standing in at least one state bar. Preferred Experience - Experience with consumer financial services at a medium to large law firm with banking clients and/or an in-house legal department at a bank. - Familiarity with consumer deposit and lending products.
