Role Description Ushur is looking for a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR), to join our rapidly expanding team within a high-growth, high-impact start-up environment. This is a fantastic opportunity with uncapped commission and a path towards an Enterprise Sales Account Executive career. For remote positions, Ushur’s U.S. hiring is open to candidates who are residents of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MA, NE, NJ, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, NY. Employees located within approximately 25 miles of our HQ in Santa Clara, CA are required to work in the office at least three days per week. Specific hybrid expectations will be determined and communicated by your manager. What You'll Do - Identifying revenue opportunities within the prospect base through various inbound and outbound marketing programs such as cold calling, lead follow-up, and opportunity qualifications - Meets or exceeds activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities added, and prospecting time - Researching prospective customers, identifying key players, and generating interest to expand the list of sales qualified leads - Successfully manages and overcomes prospect objections - Provides opportunities to the sales team, working closely with sales reps as necessary about the opportunity - Builds relationships and effectively communicates with Sales Directors - Proactively looks for opportunities to improve, optimize outbound lead management - Effectively presenting Product suite and Services to C-level and senior executive clients - Leverage modern sales tools and AI-driven insights to streamline prospecting, personalize outreach at scale, and uncover new pipeline opportunities more efficiently Qualifications - 3+ years of B2B SaaS SDR prospecting experience - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Professional, determined, and results oriented - Intrinsic drive, highly coachable, and great time management skills - Positive attitude, team oriented, and a self-starter - Proficient in the following tools: Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce Requirements This is a non-exempt position with an hourly pay range of $25 to $28, plus bonus and equity. However, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. Role Introduction Ushur is hiring a Head of Revenue Operations (Director) to own and scale our end-to-end revenue operating system. This role reports directly to the CFO and will be a critical partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. This is a hands-on and strategic leadership role. You will architect the revenue engine, continually optimize, and personally drive execution—especially across sales operations, forecasting, pipeline quality, and quote-to-cash . Over time, you will expand RevOps into a fully unified, AI-enabled GTM function. What You'll Do Own and scale Revenue Operations end-to-end Build Ushur’s RevOps function across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Serve as the operational backbone of the revenue organization, partnering closely with the CFO and GTM leadership Establish RevOps as a decision-driving function, not a reporting layer Improve pipeline quality and enterprise deal execution Design and enforce standards for pipeline hygiene, deal inspection, and stage rigor Improve enterprise deal quality across long, complex sales cycles Identify and fix structural issues impacting win rates, sales velocity, and deal slippage Own forecasting, planning, and revenue visibility Build a forecast that leadership and the board trust Define and operationalize inspection rhythms for pipeline, forecast risk, and sales productivity Partner with Finance on revenue planning, capacity modeling, and quota design Optimize quote-to-cash Own the full quote-to-cash lifecycle , including deal desk processes, approvals, and handoffs Reduce friction across contracting, pricing, billing, and customer onboarding Ensure enterprise readiness while maintaining speed and consistency Architect and evolve the GTM tech stack Own and oversee the rollout and integration of tools Rationalize tooling and data flows to support clean, scalable GTM execution Establish data hygiene, governance, and reporting standards that scale with growth Lead AI strategy for RevOps Own the internal GTM AI strategy , from experimentation to production use cases Identify opportunities to apply AI across forecasting, pipeline inspection, account prioritization, and sales productivity Measure ROI rigorously—both internally and in how Ushur’s AI capabilities support customers What You Bring Thriving Company Culture. • Act as the primary post-sales point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts. • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customer sponsors, champions, and technical stakeholders. • Drive value realization and ensure positive business outcomes for customers, directly influencing retention and expansion. • Partner with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Product teams to create a seamless, unified customer journey. • Map customer processes, data flows, and architectures to Ushur’s capabilities and platform data model. • Lead POCs, pilots, and solution delivery for strategic customers. • Act as the voice of technical authority during onboarding and expansion phases, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services. • Provide hands-on guidance to customers on AI-powered workflows, automation design, and advanced configurations. • Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. • Monitor key success metrics and proactively recommend strategies to maximize ROI. • Drive adoption of new AI-powered product features and coach customer teams on best practices. • Partner with customers to co-create roadmaps that unlock incremental value, revenue growth, and expansion opportunities. • Act as the customer advocate internally, channeling feedback into Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to influence roadmap priorities. • Enable customer teams to self-serve through training, documentation, and workshops. • Lead executive business reviews, technical workshops, and innovation sessions showcasing Ushur’s AI-native capabilities. • Identify opportunities for customers to act as Ushur advocates via case studies, testimonials, or speaking engagements.
