• Design and implement comprehensive financial reporting systems from scratch • Perform detailed customer cost analysis and unit economics modeling • Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations • Oversee cash flow management and financial forecasting • Create monthly/quarterly budgets and track performance against targets with the founding team • Ensure financial compliance and prepare for future audits • Build automated reporting dashboards for real-time financial insights • Support fundraising activities with investor-ready financial models • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance (GDPR, KVKK) • Handle office/facilities management for any physical locations
• Build and manage a partner network of 50+ strategic partners from scratch • Drive meaningful ARR through partner channels and co-selling motions • Enable partners with the tools, training, and resources they need to successfully sell and implement Hardal • Move fast and close deals — no bureaucracy, no dragging processes, just action and results • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners across agencies, system integrators, and complementary martech vendors • Develop partner programs, incentive structures, and co-marketing initiatives • Track partner performance metrics and optimize the ecosystem for maximum revenue impact • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a seamless partner experience
• Build and scale a vibrant community of martech professionals, analytics enthusiasts, and privacy-first advocates • Plan, organize, and execute both online and offline events (webinars, meetups, conferences, workshops) • Create engaging content across multiple formats: social media, video, blogs, newsletters, and live streams • Be the face and voice of Hardal — comfortable on camera, hosting events, and speaking at conferences • Foster meaningful conversations and engagement within the community across all channels • Collaborate with growth and product teams to turn community insights into business outcomes • Measure community health metrics and continuously optimize engagement strategies • Stay on top of martech trends and bring fresh, energetic perspectives to everything you create
• Build and scale inbound marketing funnels that generate consistent pipeline and drive $500K+ ARR • Own the full growth strategy across paid acquisition, SEO, content marketing, and conversion optimization • Lead cross-functional growth initiatives and manage processes end-to-end without waiting for perfect conditions • Design landing pages and marketing assets using Figma to test and iterate on messaging and positioning • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) • Create compelling content that resonates with martech audiences and drives qualified inbound leads • Analyze growth metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven experiments to improve conversion rates • Navigate the martech ecosystem and position Hardal strategically against competitors
• Design and lead the end-to-end hiring process sourcing, outreach, competency-based interviews, and closing across technical and non-technical roles • Build and own our onboarding program so every new hire hits the ground running and feels genuinely welcomed from day one • Shape and protect Hardal's culture as we scale translating our values into tangible rituals, practices, and ways of working • Be the connective tissue of the team noticing tensions early, supporting people through challenges, and keeping the pulse of the organization • Own HR operations: employment contracts, compliance, policies, and the administrative backbone that keeps things running smoothly • Partner with founders and team leads on org design, performance feedback, and people development • Manage and improve our talent pipeline and recruitment tooling to help us hire faster and smarter • Own and evolve the Hardal Handbook, keeping it accurate, alive, and genuinely useful as our cultural north star as the company grows • Contribute to Hardal's employer brand, helping us attract exceptional people who share our values
