• Participer au raffinement des user stories et des tests d’acceptance avec l’équipe produit • Valider ces user stories avec des données pertinentes pendant le sprint sur l’environnement de qualification • Réaliser le suivi des correctifs avec l’équipe de développement • Planifier des campagnes de recette sur l’environnement de préproduction en étroite collaboration avec la Scrum Team • Mettre à jour les plans de test maître dans notre outil dédié • Exécuter et réaliser le bilan des campagnes de tests manuels et automatisés • Participer au GO/NO GO et à la mise en production de nos solutions • Participer à la mise en place et l’enrichissement des outils et méthodes de tests • Gérer le support client niveau 3

• As a Product Owner, you will contribute to the development and evolution of the SQOOL solution and its platforms. • You are responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap. • You are delivery-oriented, have strong planning foresight, and a solid understanding of technical constraints. • Monitor market trends to propose relevant features. • Collaborate with the UX research team to align product work with user expectations. • Contribute to the creation and execution of the product roadmap. • Maintain the backlog and prioritize feature development in line with technical constraints, product objectives, and user needs. • Participate in and contribute to the team's agile rituals. • Communicate product progress to stakeholders.

• Promote agile values and best practices across teams and the organization • Ensure teams adopt them and have appropriate tooling • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure a shared understanding of objectives • Foster communication with stakeholders to protect teams from external interruptions • Support the team in writing, updating and understanding the backlogs • Coach the team to maximize the value of each iteration • Ensure the well-being of each team member and facilitate resolution of individual, collective and technical issues • Track team metrics: velocity, burndown/burnup, team engagement
