• Design, build, and operate the backend services behind real-time collaborative editing, game publishing, and content delivery • Own systems end-to-end - from design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and running them in production • Evolve how the platform scales - stateful real-time workloads, session routing, and service fleets in a cloud-native environment • Define the APIs and service contracts that the editor and partner teams build against • Strengthen our infrastructure and delivery practices - infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and automated deployment • Work closely with product and design to turn ambiguous problems into shipped, reliable features • Champion reliability and observability, and help the team respond to and learn from production issues • Mentor other engineers and raise quality across the team through code review and design feedback

• Lead proactive technical onboarding and solution design for strategic customers, ensuring deployment and testing success criteria are achieved. • Manage multiple customer projects and onboardings simultaneously, serving as the primary technical point of contact throughout. • Regularly review customer environments to identify opportunities to optimize performance and scalability. • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer-driven product enhancements based on real deployment friction.

• Own end-to-end calendar management across a globally distributed leadership team, including Industry Leadership meetings, LT 1:1s, and board/DRB prep across US, EMEA, APAC, and Middle East time zones • Manage complex, multi-leg international travel — flights, rail, ground transport, hotels — including real-time disruption recovery and out-of-policy approvals • Coordinate meeting logistics for customer, partner, and government visits, from attendee vetting to room/AV/Zoom setup and briefing materials • Support flagship external events — Industry Summit, Unite, exec offsites, partner site visits, and brand activations — including on-the-ground coordination • Manage expense reporting, corporate-card processes, and vendor/PO requests with sound judgment on SVP-level policy

• Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of UX designers, promoting a culture of innovation, teamwork, and inclusivity. • Own the UX product strategy, taking into account the entire GTM funnel, including marketing interactions, the Unity.com website layer, and the learning ecosystem. • Oversee the design of intuitive commerce workflows, managing how users and customers interact with purchases, entitlements, and product licensing. • Exercise UX ownership of the Asset Store and ensure various asset elements intertwine seamlessly with other products at Unity. • Employ design thinking to reason through complex systems and integrations, championing a connected experience across all touchpoints. • Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Engineering leaders to align design goals with strategic business objectives. • Champion UX improvements and innovative design solutions in a world of AI, ensuring Unity remains at the forefront of the industry.

• Create, review, and improve AI-assisted drafts of sets of technical content (user and developer guides, API references, SDKs, code samples) for multiple products and features • Contribute to content strategy for complex content sets • Partner with product managers and engineers to understand each feature’s underlying technology, target audience, and documentation needs • Lead by example in ensuring that documentation is as clear, concise, accurate, and usable as possible • Advocate for users during feature development to enhance workflows and make products easier to use

• Lead threat modeling, secure design reviews, and penetration testing targeting Unity products and services. • Perform in-depth code reviews and manual testing on high-risk systems. • Design and operate security automation solutions. • Use and enhance AI-assisted tools to perform continuous code review. • Secure Unity’s AI systems and agent-based (autonomous agent) systems. • Evaluate AI-driven products and integrations of large language models (LLMs). • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure issues are remediated.

• Own the end-to-end marketing-to-sales handoff: lead routing logic, assignment rules, deduplication, SLA governance, and scalable enrichment workflows • Administer and optimize GTM platforms including LeanData, MadKudu, ZoomInfo, Clay, and deduplication tooling • Partner with IT on Salesforce requirements; build and own reporting dashboards and analytics covering enrichment rates • Collaborate with BDR leadership and sales teams to drive tool adoption and ensure process adherence • Develop and maintain operational documentation, process playbooks, and governance standards
