• Our modeling agency is looking for new freshly 18 or young looking college students to partake in solo nude photo shoots for our online websites. • You will be compensated for your time and will be offered other gigs when they become available. • We also need straight and gay guys, same look as described above, for one on one video shoots.
• Manage the month-end close process, including but not limited to, preparing and reviewing journal entries and reconciliations • Own end-to-end Fixed Asset accounting within NetSuite, including asset set-up, capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals, and maintain accurate fixed asset subledgers and roll-forwards. • Oversee the full lifecycle of prepaid expenses, including capitalization and monthly amortization schedules in NetSuite, ensuring accurate P&L recognition and reconciled prepaid balances. • Lead the accounting for leases under ASC 842, including identification, classification, and ongoing accounting for operating and finance leases, and maintain ROU asset and lease liability schedules. • Assist with annual audit and quarterly/monthly reporting requirements • Partner closely with FP&A to ensure P&L accuracy and insight and drive continuous process improvements that enhance forecast reliability, variance analysis, and month-end close • Manage, mentor, train and develop accounting support staff • Prepare and review various monthly analytical reporting and fluctuation analyses • Maintain general accounting close process documentation and support ongoing process and control improvements • Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses, as requested • Assist with special projects as needed
• Manage receipt and processing of client profit statements and related payments, along with handling any other type of backend compensation • Oversee creation and maintenance of client bookings and review data for accuracy and completeness for agents while considering revenue recognition standards • Review client profit statements for accuracy, adherence to contract terms, anomalies, discrepancies, and drivers of fluctuations • Monitor statement reporting frequencies and generate appropriate period estimates in compliance with FP&A and GAAP guidance • Oversight of team members to ensure bookings are correct and client payments are processed accurately, in compliance with all legal, GAAP, and tax requirements • Liaise with clients and agents directly on invoices, statements, debits, tax matters (1099, 1042, etc.) and any account questions/concerns they may have • Communicate with internal and external parties on all booking matters • Provide exceptional customer service to agents and other stakeholders • Oversight/approval of activities that are performed at all levels (ex. Batch approvals) • Oversee identified funds for the entire department and triage client payment errors • Manage any ad-hoc projects and special requests as they come up • Implementing process improvements across team and systems and provide status updates to upper management • Mapping and understanding all current processes and adhering to best practices (ex. 3 business day turnaround for deposits) • Ownership of key controls and best practices • Establish close partnership and collaborate on various initiatives for the team • Manage whole department team on a daily basis • Monitoring and reviewing metrics for all members of the team • Regularly syncing with GL and FP&A teams

• Design and implement services that support revenue workflows, payment logic, and invoicing pipelines • Build robust APIs and ful-stack features using Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL, leveraging type-safe ORM tooling (Drizzle or Prisma preferred) for schema management and query composition • Own integration with internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) and external providers (e.g., banks, payment processors) • Implement structured financial logic such as contingent payments, commission calculations, and milestone-based billing • Integrate AI/LLM capabilities using Claude (Anthropic) and leverage Cursor as a core development tool to accelerate delivery • Build and deploy infrastructure in AWS using services like Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, SQS, and EventBridge • Implement CI/CD workflows and monitoring across environments • Ensure systems are fault-tolerant, scalable, and auditable, with proper instrumentation and alerting • Translate complex business rules into deterministic backend logic: commissions, milestones, payee splits, and contingent payments • Implement robust data flows between Client Processing, Deal Management, and Authoritative Data domains • Ensure data integrity across subsystems handling trust accounting, revenue posting, and contract lifecycle events • Work closely with product managers, architects, and finance stakeholders to deliver end-to-end features • Translate financial and contractual rules into deterministic, reusable service logic • Drive quality, automation, and performance in a domain where correctness and compliance are critical
• Take full leadership of a project, being able to start it from scratch and bring it to production synchronizing with other Data and Software Engineers. • Ability to deal with stakeholders (less technical) collecting requirements, and thinking in advance to future needs. • Work on the Worker Quality Score model of our users and clients, using different types of data sources. • Work on Candidate Quality prediction for new candidates aiming for specific job positions. • Improve the Learning-to-Rank model for the Matching Algorithm. • Work on the scheduler optimization algorithm using Linear Programming. • Work on a forecasting model to predict upcoming demand of vacancies and notify other departments.
