• Define problems with PMs and Engineers, explore solutions, validate direction, and ship improvements that move key outcomes. • Use AI tools and modern dev workflows to build and iterate on real interfaces. Partner with engineers to take the best ideas into production. • Contribute to front-end components and features using web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Angular). Improve quality, consistency, and speed of delivery. • Ensure what we design is buildable and what we build meets the design bar. Close gaps quickly. • Handle complex workflows by keeping the default experience clear and intuitive. • Refine interactions, states, and details. Address design and tech debt, including usability and accessibility issues. • Align Figma and production. Contribute reusable components and patterns. • Talk to users, run quick tests, and use feedback to adjust direction. • Share work early, participate in design reviews, and help improve how we design and build—especially with AI.
Solutions Engineer

• Assist Account Executives (AEs) in qualifying and closing new opportunities • Work closely with customer/prospect to clearly understand their work flows and existing systems from a technical perspective, and translate customer’s requirements into a successful implementation • Document customer workflows via business process mapping to capture current state to build out business value case • Present Turvo solution set in accordance with prospect/customer needs and requirements in a consultative manner • Serves as internal conduit between Sales and other Turvo functional areas (Product, Onboarding, Support, Marketing, Pricing, etc) • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand competitive landscape and develop positioning strategies for our solution • Operate and maintain the demo environment hygiene and ensure new features are available for demos • Identify and understand solution gaps and work with the Product team to determine whether those needs can be addressed by our solution through development • Support internal enablement to sales on system features, functionality, benefits and assist with new employee on-boarding • Support marketing and webinar related demos and presentationsDisplay deep understanding of configuration and infrastructure of SaaS applications • Attend on-site customer meetings, trade shows and industry events as needed. Customer Enablement Analyst

• Support customer enablement through targeted training sessions, and role-based guidance & follow up questions as needed. • Create and maintain customer-facing enablement materials (e.g., activity sheets, job aids, PowerPoint decks, short-form videos) aligned to product releases and project rollouts. • Coach customer users and stakeholders toward platform proficiency and sustained adoption; reinforce best practices and standard processes. • Coordinate launch readiness activities using standardized checklists (e.g., data quality validation, configuration verification), partnering with implementation/technical teams as needed. • Track readiness milestones, dependencies, and risks to keep customer launches on schedule. • Triage and coordinate resolution of launch-related issues across internal teams (e.g., logging/tracking items, following up on blockers, confirming readiness).
Customer Support Engineer

• Own and manage customer-reported product issues, ensuring resolution within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with appropriate engineering teams to drive issue resolution. • Diagnose and resolve product and third-party integration issues, both technical and non-technical. • Investigate, document, and escalate complex or systemic issues to engineering teams. • Provide on-call support coverage for Sev 1 and Sev 2 customer incidents from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central Time, as part of a rotating schedule. • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and site reliability engineering teams to identify recurring issues and performance improvement opportunities. • Act as the “voice of the customer” by sharing insights and feedback to influence product enhancements. • Create, maintain, and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles for internal teams and customers. • Stay current with new products and services through regular monthly releases. • Work independently, making informed decisions while owning issues end-to-end.
