• Active account management: proactive customer outreach, health checks, and identifying support needs • Adoption & reactivation: assisting customers in using kanzlei.land and targeted outreach to reactivate users • Onboarding support: helping new customers get started and providing basic training • Customer communication: explaining digital solutions in clear, accessible terms • Documentation: recording customer contacts and agreements in the CRM • Trade show support: assisting at trade fairs, conducting meetings, and handling follow-up
• Follow up on and pre-qualify incoming leads • Execute outbound prospecting and independently generate a sales pipeline • Use AI-supported prospecting and modern tools • Support at trade shows and document activities in the CRM • Work closely with marketing to ensure lead quality • Build partnerships and schedule demo appointments
• 1st & 2nd-level support: Assisting with support requests. • Bug analysis: Documenting and identifying software defects. • Providing solutions: Helping resolve issues and creating workarounds. • Communication with customers: Friendly and professional interaction.
