• Own Traversal’s events and field marketing strategy across corporate events, sponsored trade shows, roadshows, workshops, and regional programs • Plan and execute world-class events from concept through completion, including timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, and on-site execution • Develop and run regional field marketing initiatives aligned with pipeline acceleration goals. • Partner closely with sales • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to plan initiatives aligned to brand and business goals. • Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of each initiative, including pipeline impact and ROI. • Continuously test, iterate, and improve programs based on performance data and field feedback.
• Own all four adoption phases end-to-end for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, from first post-deployment kickoff through renewal signature. • Maintain a customer-specific 30/60/90 roadmap, updated weekly and reviewed in every customer sync. • Run every customer-facing meeting type in the process: kickoffs, team enablement sessions, bi-weekly product feedback calls, power-user 1:1s, weekly syncs, exec/leadership syncs, and Quarterly Business Reviews. • Publish a monthly async leadership update to each account’s executive sponsors — written, concise, and built on real usage data. • Own customer-specific integrations, custom prompt engineering, and edge-case debugging for each assigned account. • Instrument and maintain accuracy tracking in collaboration with the customer — ensuring the dataset is customer-owned and credible, not vendor self-reported. • Identify and capture failure modes through power-user 1:1s, then work with the product team to translate them into roadmap items. • Debug and resolve platform issues surfaced during adoption, coordinating with engineering when needed.

Role Description - Drive the definition and execution of Traversal’s product strategy by translating customer insights and business objectives into clear product requirements. - Lead cross-functional collaboration to design, build, and deliver features that improve reliability automation and incident resolution for enterprise customers. - Define and maintain the product roadmap, translating customer feedback and strategic goals into detailed feature requirements and specifications. - Partner with engineering and design to develop, test, and launch new features and product lines from concept through general availability. - Conduct user research, analyze product usage data, and synthesize insights to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, customer success, and marketing—to ensure successful go-to-market execution and adoption. - Define product performance metrics (KPIs) and analyze post-launch results to guide future iterations and improve user experience. - Prepare product documentation, release notes, and training materials to support internal teams and customer education. - Partner with leadership to identify new market opportunities and align product strategy with company objectives. - May telecommute. Qualifications - Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related quantitative field. - Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requirements - Developing and managing product roadmaps and feature specifications. - Conducting user interviews and usability research to inform product direction. - Collaborating with engineering and design teams to develop and launch software features. - Creating and testing prototypes or mockups to validate new concepts. - Applying agile or scrum methodologies for product development. - Program or project management for coordinating large feature releases across teams. - Communicating with clients and stakeholders to drive adoption and gather feedback. - Demonstrating design sense and attention to user experience in product decisions. - Analyzing product usage data and KPIs to guide prioritization and iteration. - Performing market and competitive analysis to support strategic planning. - Familiarity with observability or DevOps tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Datadog, Grafana, Splunk) and AI-driven systems. - Developing business cases and product requirement documentation to support data-driven decision-making. Benefits - Salary: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year. • Drive the end-to-end sales process, from strategic outbound prospecting and qualification to complex contract negotiation and closing • Develop messaging and collateral that clearly translates Traversal’s agentic observability value into business outcomes for technical buyers. • Work closely with our Sales Engineering team to execute deep-dive demos and technical deep dives. • Act as the voice of the customer, relaying field insights to Product and Engineering to help shape roadmap direction. • Represent Traversal with credibility when engaging with SREs, platform teams, and C-suite executives.
