Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and trusted partner to the leaders and employees of TransTrack and Momentm. This role goes beyond day-to-day HR administration — the HRBP is a key advisor and coach to people leaders at all levels, bringing genuine empathy, business insight, and a deep commitment to developing people at every level. The ideal candidate leads with heart and acts with intention — someone who listens deeply, fosters trust across the organization, and is energized by helping employees and leaders grow. They proactively anticipate HR-related needs and partner with the broader HR team to design and implement value-added solutions that support business objectives across both business units. This role is the trusted HR partner for TransTrack and Momentm across all aspects of HR including employee relations, recruitment/staffing, compensation, talent reviews, organization design, resource planning, learning and career development, and the talent management process. The role is a remote position that does require some travel. This role reports directly to the General Manager. Qualifications - Minimum of four (4) years working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines. - Progressive experience serving as an HR Generalist or HRBP, supporting people managers and employees across multiple HR disciplines. - Minimum of two (2) years’ experience of working with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) to support employee data management, reporting and process improvements. - Experience supporting or leading talent management processes, including performance management cycles, succession planning and professional development planning. - Preference will be given to those with experience in supporting HR practices and compliance in both the US and Canadian employment environments. - Professional Human Resources (HR) Certification such as PHR or SPHR is preferred. - Post-secondary education in the area of Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education/experience. - In lieu of degree, an additional 1 year in an HR related role will be accepted. Requirements - Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to design or improve HR processes and apply metrics to inform decisions. - Demonstrated empathy and emotional intelligence — the ability to connect with employees and leaders at all levels, understand their perspectives, and navigate sensitive situations with care and discretion. - Genuine passion for coaching and developing people, with a track record of helping employees and leaders grow across all levels of an organization. - Excellent consulting, influencing, and relationship-building skills; able to earn trust quickly and act as a credible strategic partner to senior leaders. - Strong understanding of U.S. employment law; Canadian employment law knowledge is an asset. - Strong technical acumen with experience supporting employees in software and hardware environments. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects using sound business judgment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Team-oriented, customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude. - High level of integrity, adaptability, commitment, and performance standards. - Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software(s). Role Description Our Finance team has an exciting career opportunity for you! As a member of the leadership team, you will be the right hand of the General Manager providing financial and data driven insights as a business partner and trusted advisor. As the Senior Manager, Finance, you will be at the center of all things relating to business growth and profitability. You will work with all departments to understand the fundamental KPI’s of the business to help develop strategies to reach company targets. As the financial leader for the organization, you will own best practices in reporting, internal controls, systems, compliance, and corporate governance. This position requires a motivated, energetic, self-starter who is detail-oriented and can meet demands of a fast-paced working environment. The ideal candidate will be an effective people manager with solid experience in delivering financial results across functional teams in a software company. Responsibilities - Oversee full-cycle accounting (AR, AP, payroll, indirect taxes, and revenue recognition), own the close process with a focus on reducing time-to-close through automation, and lead a NetSuite ERP implementation and optimization (ARM, SuiteProjects, SuiteBilling). - Serve as the IFRS subject matter expert, owning revenue recognition (IFRS 15) and project accounting for SaaS and professional services contracts. - Partner with senior management as a strategic financial business partner, owning the budgeting cycle, rolling forecasts, and FP&A processes, contributing to the business vision, and driving performance against financial targets. - Coach and develop key talent within the Finance team, promoting a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Deliver financial oversight and controlling direction for RFPs, bids, quotes, and POC processes, including design of effective cost estimation methodologies. - Lead transformation of financial analyses toward business intelligence driven output through advanced modeling and enriched business guidance. - Maintain appropriate internal control framework for the entire organization; strengthen existing internal controls using technology and automation. - Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital, including billing cycles, collections, and deferred revenue to support business liquidity and planning. Qualifications - 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience in a technology environment, including 3–5 years in a full-cycle accounting or controllership capacity with ownership of close processes and balance sheet integrity. - Big 4 or equivalent public accounting experience preferred. - Professional accounting designation - CPA or equivalent required. - Interpersonal skills to challenge the business while maintaining strong relationships across other functions. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to draw valid conclusions and propose solutions. - Proven expertise in IFRS reporting and technical accounting, with specific depth in revenue recognition under IFRS 15 and project accounting for professional services and SaaS business models. - Advanced Excel proficiency required; experience with NetSuite (including contributing to an ERP implementation) and familiarity with AI tools strongly preferred. - Familiarity with SaaS financial metrics (churn, NRR) and their application to business planning and reporting. - Travel may be required (up to 10%). Role Description The Customer Care Representative plays a key role in delivering ongoing technical software support and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience for our data analytics software. This position reports directly to the Manager, Customer Care. - Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on responsiveness and solution-oriented support. - Serve as the primary owner of the help desk, managing the full lifecycle of customer support tickets from initial troubleshooting to closure. - Provide direct one-on-one telephone, email, and online support to customers. - Maintain consistent, proactive communication with customers throughout the ticket lifecycle to closure, keeping customers informed of status, next steps, and anticipated resolution times. - Work cross-functionally with internal departments, such as development, to resolve customer support tickets, ensuring items are completed and properly tested. - Manage customer issues through effective troubleshooting, listening, problem solving, positive action, information gathering, and case escalation in a timely manner when appropriate. - Identify customer needs, such as training or custom reports, to generate back-to-base sales opportunities and coordinate with the sales team to process quotes. - Proactively monitor support processes and recommend improvements as needed. - Maintain and update customer support documentation, including system overviews, user manuals, and training records, to ensure accuracy and accessibility. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical application support to customers. - Related Bachelor’s Degree is a plus. - Understanding of the North American Transit Industry is preferred. - Experience with TransTrack Manager, ViewPoint, FreshDesk, Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence), MicroSoft Fabric, and PowerBI is an asset. Requirements - Curious self-starter with customer support experience and SQL knowledge. - Solid database knowledge and ability to develop, troubleshoot, and optimize MicroSoft SQL Server stored procedures, queries, and database jobs to support application performance and data accuracy. - Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and correct. - Ability to prioritize, balance, and multi-task competing issues based on customer urgency, length of outstanding issue, and customer impact. - Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment. - Clear and professional oral and written communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
