Role Description The Compliance & Consulting Manager is responsible for leading the U.S. Compliance and Consulting practice for a key client by driving growth and efficiency through tools, automation, and process improvement while ensuring compliance with import rules and regulations. This is a remote position based in the United States for candidates from certain states. - Monitor regulatory changes and update department policies and business processes - Partner with senior management on new business opportunities and regulatory impact - Identify customer opportunities across valuation, classification, FTAs, duty drawback, and audits - Drive continuous improvement initiatives partnering with IT to automate department processes - Deliver client seminars, workshops, and presentations on customs and trade issues - Analyze data and create detailed reports and documentation - Develop account setup procedures with Operations to ensure compliance with CBP regulations - Manage complex consulting engagements to deliver customer satisfaction - Establish customer service policies to ensure consistency and quality - Lead and develop the Compliance and Consulting team building best in class practices Qualifications - Licensed US Customs Broker (LCB) required; CCS or CES a plus - Bachelor's degree required - 10+ years of progressive experience in compliance and consulting roles - Strong technical knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Schedules, Explanatory Notes, and rules of origin - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access with data manipulation skills - Proven ability to sell, deliver, and lead consulting engagements - Demonstrated team leadership and ability to manage all aspects of 10+ employees - Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills - Ability to travel to Auburn Hills, Michigan on a monthly basis
Role Description The Post Entry Specialist is responsible for managing post-entry activities and filing amendments to CBP on behalf of importers, ensuring compliance and oversight after entry summary submission. This is a remote position based in the United States for candidates in certain states. - Prepare & submit Post Summary Corrections (PSCs) and protests to CBP within the required timelines - Maintain a professional relationship with U.S. Customs - Prepare letters, reports, and supporting documentation for CBP submissions including unreleased entries and cancellations - Update CBP entries and verify accuracy prior to filing - Manage Post Entry Services for U.S. Operations - Oversee reconciliation project - Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Qualifications - CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required - 3+ years of industry-related experience preferred in post entry audit, corrections, protests, CF28/29 - Understanding of U.S. Import Entry process and CBP requirements - Ability to troubleshoot customs-related issues - Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Meticulous attention to detail in ensuring accuracy and decision-making
Role Description The Customs Broker Advisor is the licensed compliance authority responsible for designing and overseeing customs brokerage compliance within a high-growth, technology-driven e-commerce environment. This role ensures automated, scalable operations meet all CBP and PGA requirements while representing the company’s compliance position to regulators and partners. This is an in-office position based in St. George, Utah and can be remote for candidates in certain states. Relocation assistance is available. - Establish and maintain compliance processes for all customs/import activities - Work directly with CBP officials and PGA representatives to create trusted partnerships - Provide oversight and guidance for HTS classifications, duty calculations, CBP/PGA filings - Translate regulatory requirements into automated technology systems that work in practice - Build scalable compliance frameworks ensuring accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness - Identify and mitigate compliance risks while representing the organization in CBP initiatives and regulatory engagements - Stay current on regulatory changes, inform partners and adapt current processes as needed - Make sound judgement interpreting regulations for evolving business and technology models Qualifications - License Customs Broker required - 5+ years’ experience in customs brokerage, e-commerce or high-volume operations a plus - Experience obtaining and maintaining corporate brokerage license - Strong working knowledge of CBP regulations (HTS, COO, valuation) and PGA requirements - Experience managing PGA permits, certifications, filings, and compliance procedures - Demonstrated experience establishing or improving compliant customs processes - Comfortable working in a fast paced, technology driven environment with automated workflows - Strategic thinker, proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills

This position is remote for a Utah based service company. - Supervise, review, and guide other Drawback team members - Handle the highest-complexity clients and technical scenarios - Ensure accuracy and compliance across team output - Oversee validations, audits, and missing data reviews - Create and maintain drawback processes and company SOPs - Train and develop specialists in company processes and systems - Build solid relationships with internal and external partners - Identify process improvement methods to support team performance - Resolve common technical and compliance challenges independently - Stay current on CBP and government regulation changes - Support scoping/onboarding of new clients - Serve as a subject-matter resource for drawback fundamentals Qualifications - 5+ years of experience with import entry and customs brokerage process - LCB required - In-depth experience of duty drawback regulations and claims processing - Strong understanding of HTS, Valuation, COO, FTA, etc. - Excellent communication and relationship building skills - Experience leading and mentoring a team - Strong data analytics and attention to detail - Ability to independently prioritize workload and manage deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other data analytic tools - Bachelor's degree preferred

This position is remote for a Utah based service company. - Perform import and export data entry in accordance with procedures - Prepare and submit drawback claims with thoroughness and accuracy - Maintain documentation records in accordance with regulations and company SOPs - Support lower-complexity clients and claims - Apply basic proof of export and claim validation rules - Navigate all required drawback systems and programs - Progressively build independence toward filing lower- to mid-complexity claims - Build solid relationships with internal and external partners - Support the duty drawback team as needed Qualifications - 2-3 years of experience with import entry and customs brokerage process - Solid understanding of supply chain, import, and export processes - Knowledge of duty drawback regulations with some processing experience a plus - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment - Excellent communication and relationship building skills - Strong data analytics and attention to detail - Adaptable self-starter comfortable with ambiguity - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other data analytic tools - Bachelor's degree preferred
