Role Description As the Product Manager for our internal platform at Total Life, you will be the "glue" between our operational needs and our technical execution. You aren’t just managing a roadmap; you are building the engine that allows our entire team to scale. You will work side-by-side with the Head of Engineering to translate complex business requirements into seamless digital tools, ensuring every feature released is functional, high-quality, and impactful. Key Responsibilities (The Daily Grind) - Observe manual workflows used by care coordinators and clinicians to identify friction points and design automated solutions that improve efficiency. - Lead the development of the "Total Life Internal OS," ensuring non-technical staff have the digital tools they need to provide world-class care. - Utilize Figma or similar tools to build wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes, visualizing logic and user flows to gain stakeholder buy-in before moving into the development phase. - Own the journey of a feature from the initial stakeholder "wish list" through to technical documentation, development, and final production. - Manage a high-volume intake of tickets in Jira/Linear, distinguishing between "urgent bugs" and "strategic enhancements" to ensure the team is always working on the highest-impact tasks. - Lead rigorous Manual QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), responsible for catching edge cases and writing comprehensive bug reports to ensure a stable environment for our clinical team. - Partner daily with the Head of Engineering to ensure the development roadmap is technically sound and perfectly aligned with clinical and operational priorities. - Act as the bridge between "business needs" and "technical reality," participating in deep-dive discussions regarding API logic, data schemas, and system architecture to ensure scalable product builds. Qualifications - 3+ years of Product Management experience — SaaS or Healthtech preferred. - Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentations, demos, etc. - Great logical, analytical, and abstract thinking skills. - Demonstrated experience in identifying, breaking down, and prioritizing complex and ambiguous problems within strategic and resource constraints. - Demonstrated experience collaborating with Design and Engineering in a fast-paced, iterative environment to deliver exceptional solutions to customer problems. - In-depth customer development, user research, and interviewing skills. - Experience in influencing senior stakeholders and leading without formal authority. - Proven ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize product performance. - Experience using AI to streamline and automate work tasks. - An entrepreneurial spirit, a growth mindset, and a team-focused mentality. - A bias towards action and a great attitude. - Bonus: Familiarity with American Health Care system. - Strong preference for candidates located in the GVA. Role Description We are seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed Physician Assistant or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our telehealth practice providing care exclusively to the geriatric population. This role focuses on follow-up medication management, cognitive assessments, and development of initial care coordination plans for older adults. Ongoing monitoring and patient support will be provided by our nursing team. This position offers a predictable daytime schedule with no evenings, weekends, or call requirements and is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about improving mental health and cognitive outcomes in older adults.
