• Support the development and execution of the agency’s AI initiatives and roadmap. • Assist in researching emerging AI tools and technologies and documenting potential applications. • Contribute to the creation of reusable AI patterns, frameworks, and proof-of-concepts. • Help evaluate AI tools for internal use and client-facing solutions. • Support client teams in integrating AI into ongoing project work. • Assist with pilot initiatives and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate AI-driven value. • Help translate AI capabilities into clear, practical solutions aligned with client goals. • Participate in post‑implementation reviews to identify learnings and improvement opportunities. • Help document AI best practices, workflows, and usage guidelines for internal teams. • Support internal training, demos, or knowledge-sharing sessions focused on AI tools. • Promote responsible and ethical AI usage through research and collaboration. • Assist with proposals, case studies, and presentations involving AI-enabled services. • Support thought leadership efforts such as blog posts, internal insights, or research summaries on AI trends in marketing.

• Own senior-level relationships across a portfolio of strategic clients, serving as a trusted advisor on growth strategy, digital transformation, customer experience, data/MarTech, and go-to-market optimization. • Diagnose & design solutions: connect enterprise goals to customer journeys, omnichannel content, accessibility/compliance, analytics, and performance marketing. • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses to diagnose business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable strategic recommendations. • Lead initiatives to grow Primacy’s vertical practices and increase revenue. • Partner with executive leadership and Business Development teams to develop strategic recommendations, and take strategy leadership roles in presales engagements. • Set excellence standards for the industries’ portfolios (quality, content throughput, client satisfaction) and lead reviews/retrospectives. • Codify and scale knowledge: build playbooks (e.g., college, bank, manufacturing company, provider experience, payer member journeys, biopharma HCP engagement, annuities, insurance), case studies, and enablement materials. • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, customer behavior shifts, and digital innovation opportunities to continuously evolve client recommendations and agency capabilities. • Represent Primacy externally through industry events, speaking engagements, roundtables, published content, and strategic partnerships.
AI Solutions Lead

• Collaborate to define and lead the agency’s AI strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities. • Build and scale the AI service offerings, tools, and frameworks. • Identify emerging AI technologies and evaluate their potential applications within client use cases and industries. • Engage with a diverse set of users to identify and deliver AI centric solutions that drive operational efficiency. • Partner with agency leadership to position the agency as a thought leader in AI-enabled marketing solutions. • Support client teams in integrating AI into project work. • Lead pilot initiatives and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate AI-driven value. • Establish success metrics and run post-implementation reviews to iterate quickly. • Develop internal best practices, governance, and ethical AI guidelines. • Partner with growth and sales teams to incorporate AI solutions into new business opportunities.
Account Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues, triaging and routing requests to the appropriate subject matter experts across product, billing, training, and support to ensure timely resolution • Proactively identify client pain points and opportunities for growth; lead product demos and recommend enhancements, training services, and upsell opportunities • Drive consistent follow-through by tracking open issues, ensuring resolution, and confirming client satisfaction • Own and manage the Product Asset Library, maintaining current materials and partnering with SMEs to develop new assets (e.g., one-pagers, case studies, social content) • Support the Director of Marketing in executing campaigns and related initiatives • Partner with Sales and internal SMEs during the pre-sales cycle to support lead progression, demos, and solution positioning • Own and maintain the company website, ensuring content is up to date and leveraging analytics to provide insights and recommendations • Manage social media channels such as LinkedIn, including content creation, publishing, and performance tracking
