Role Description ENG 101 — English Composition is a 3-unit, 5-week asynchronous course designed to develop college-level writing, critical reading, rhetorical analysis, and research skills. Students engage in academic writing assignments emphasizing thesis development, organization, evidence-based argumentation, revision, grammar, and proper citation practices. The course fulfills a General Education requirement within the Associate of Science degree program and supports institutional learning outcomes consistent with ACCJC Standard II.A. Role Description Theoria Technical College seeks an adjunct faculty member to teach college-level Mathematics within our Associate of Science pathway and general education offerings. The instructor will deliver MTH 101 (College Mathematics) and potentially additional Math courses, in an asynchronous online format with substantive instructor engagement throughout each term. This is a course-by-course engagement; continuing assignment is contingent on instructional performance, enrollment, and program needs.
