Role Description We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our virtual team. What you’ll be doing: - Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying new opportunities to keep our pipeline healthy and growing. - The Art of Conversation: Managing outbound calls to potential clients. While you need to be comfortable on the phone, our focus is on building relationships rather than repetitive cold-calling. - Pipeline Management: Tracking your progress and managing prospects with efficiency using our CRM tools. - Strategy & Closing: Driving the sales process from initial contact all the way to a successful close. Qualifications - 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or lead generation. - English Proficiency (C1 minimum): You must be able to communicate fluently, professionally, and persuasively in English. - High degree of emotional intelligence and resilience. - Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing your own workflow effectively. - Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, Google Suite, and general remote collaboration tools. Requirements - Experience in sales or lead generation. - Fluent communication in English. - Ability to handle rejection professionally. - Self-management skills. - Tech-savvy with CRM and remote tools.
