• Engage with prospective students through outbound calling, web chat, and inquiries • Qualify prospective students and transfer to the appropriate Admissions Representatives • Maintain records in the Salesforce database • Positively represent the university in virtual and in-person settings • Maintain communication with admissions staff

• Provide comprehensive support for the institution’s research compliance program • Conduct compliance assessments and support audits • Develop and deliver human research protections training • Create educational materials, coordinate workshops and webinars • Promote research integrity and accountability across academic and administrative units

• lead key operations processes and risk management • manage university-wide priorities and processes • ensure operational activities execution and stakeholder accountability • develop and maintain operational tracking tools and documentation • manage the University’s policy and procedure administration process • produce reports regarding compliance obligations and areas of potential risk • oversee operational effectiveness review cycles

• Facilitate student learning through discussions and assignments aligned with course syllabi • Provide timely, substantive, and constructive feedback • Respond to student inquiries and support student success • Develop or provide supplemental instructional materials, as needed • Offer at least one synchronous learning opportunity per term • Participate in departmental meetings and virtual events (e.g., open house) at least once per term

• Successfully recruit new students for assigned programs at The Chicago School, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the admissions process. • Complete a high level of outbound calls each day to reach prospective students. • Maintain Salesforce database through inquiry management, proper documentation, logging of calls and activities, and a purposeful contact strategy. • Provide superior customer service to students through the entire admission process. • Train Representatives on product knowledge, technology, best practices in the admissions process, and other areas to improve new student recruitment.

• Assist students in site selection and review of application materials for practicum and doctoral internship. • Assist students who are encountering issues related to their practicum and internship experience. • Monitor progress of practicum performance, including evaluations, hour logs, and related paperwork. • Track data related to practicum and internship placements. • Advise on and engage in remediation planning for students. • Communicate with academic department around issues of professional development, training concerns, rules and regulations, and the search and placement process. • Participate in department-level strategic planning. • Consult on the development and maintenance of coursework pertinent clinical training. • Teach as assigned by the ACP Division Chair, consistent with the faculty workload expectations. • Interact and communicate successfully with a diverse population. • Act in a way that embodies the mission, vision and values of The Chicago School. • Maintain ethical behavior and the ability to demonstrate ethical decision making related to training concerns. • Develop and maintain a network of practicum sites, including visiting sites and building relationships with site supervisors. • Assist in the development of practicum and internship sites for students in the distance learning program version who are located throughout California, Texas, West Virginia and other states that may become open to the distance learning program version. • Engage in site visits with existing sites for site maintenance, sites with student issues, and new sites for development. • Attend Faculty Council meetings and serve on a Faculty Council Committee. • Attend Applied Clinical Psychology Department meetings. • Attend Directors of Clinical Training meetings. • Engage with the Admissions process through presentations and interviews of and to candidates. • Assist the Directors of Clinical Training, Program Chair and Division Chair with the collection and storage of licensure data.

• Analyze existing business processes and recommend opportunities for improvement. • Develop and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. • Collaborate with departments across the university to understand operational challenges and propose practical, technology-enabled solutions. • Assist in documenting and standardizing business processes. • Provide training and support to staff on new tools and automated workflows. • Monitor, report, and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions and recommend further enhancements.
