THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Deputy Chief of Staff, Implementation Success, the Partnership Operations Generalist will strengthen execution, coordination, and follow-through for ANet’s largest and most complex partnerships. This role will support ANet’s team of client leads who manage relationships with ANet’s partners and are responsible for securing partnership renewals and expansions. The Generalist will work behind the scenes to ensure that client leads’ priorities, scopes of work, renewal milestones, and partner commitments are translated into clear plans, aligned execution, and reliable follow-through. This role owns the project management backbone of high-stakes partnerships: creating structure, visibility, and accountability across complex, cross-functional work. TRAVEL Up to 2 trips per year for ANet meetings, and up to 2-3 trips per year for partner meetings. RESPONSIBILITIES Design and manage systems that support effective partnership project management - Serve as the primary project manager in partnership with client leads for large or complex partnerships and for high-stakes partnership groups (e.g., pilots of new products), as scoped in alignment with the Deputy Chief of Staff - Translate partnership priorities, scopes of work, renewal milestones, and commitments into clear project plans with defined deliverables, owners, deadlines, and dependencies - Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and misalignment across workstreams; surface concerns early with proposed solutions - Maintain visibility into renewal and expansion readiness by tracking key deliverables, surfacing risks, and ensuring internal data systems accurately reflect progress on service delivery and renewal milestones Coordinate across cross-functional teams in service of strong partnership delivery - Coordinate across internal teams (e.g., Design, Insights, Product, Finance, Sales) to support smooth execution of partner work - Support teammates staffed to large and complex partnerships to fulfill partner-specific requirements to visit schools, and track completion to ensure smooth partnership launches - Manage sequencing and logistics for complex initiatives such as launches, expansions, renewals, and transitions - Ensure project teams have clarity on roles, responsibilities, handoffs, and decision-making authority across internal collaborators - Track interdependencies across teams and proactively resolve conflicts or gaps Enable effective internal and partner-facing meetings through preparation and follow-through - Support client leads with preparation for high-stakes partner meetings by developing agendas, timelines, and partner-facing materials - Develop a plan for and manage partnership teams towards delivering insights to partners on a regular cadence - Support internal partnership team meetings by capturing decisions, documenting action steps, and managing follow up to maintain shared accountability - Maintain high-quality internal documentation that supports continuity, transparency, and operational clarity - Ensure consistent follow-through on deliverables and next steps following meetings Codify best practices and drive continuous improvement in our approach to partnership planning - Identify patterns across partnerships to inform improvements to tools, templates, and internal systems - Contribute to the development of standard project management practices for high-revenue partnerships COMPETENCIES In order to be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following: - Planning and Prioritization: - You organize complex work and tasks, including those which may require input or deliverables across internal and external stakeholders - You build contingencies into the process for known or possible barriers to delivery, leading to almost all work delivered on-time or early - You bring solution-orientation to overcoming more challenging obstacles - Critical Thinking & Data Orientation: - You identify critical questions for inquiry, the right people to give input, and the best methods to gather robust information - Communication: - You produce concise, professional writing and communicate with precision with internal and external audiences - You demonstrate active listening skills and the ability to actively seek out stakeholders’ points of view to improve your performance or your work Ideal candidates may also demonstrate the following preferred qualifications: - Expertise in area of focus: - Experience in education, nonprofits, consulting, or professional services - Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency and project management systems - Experience supporting senior leaders or serving as an execution partner to client-facing roles - Familiarity with renewal- or revenue-linked work and cross-functional coordination BENEFITS & COMPENSATION We offer comprehensive benefits to best support our people. THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Help Desk Supervisor, the Help Desk Associate will support internal staff, school leaders, teachers, and districts to fully leverage ANet’s products and services and to ensure our partners have access to high quality resources that drive strong instructional practice. The Help Desk Associate will build their expertise of ANet’s products and their application in a variety of contexts and apply this knowledge to provide best-in-class support by phone, email, chat, and through pre-made resources to support logistical and technical questions from our school partners. In addition to providing direct support to partners, Help Desk Associates ensure the best possible products by executing functional testing. The Help Desk Associate will work closely with members of our Insights and Operations, and Quality Assurance teams. OPPORTUNITY The Instructional Content Writer, Compass creates high-quality, standards-aligned formative products for teachers and students in ANet partner schools. ANet’s products provide data to teachers and leaders and support them in understanding learning standards. Reporting to the Vice President of Instructional Products, the Instructional Content Writer, Compass will be responsible for the content development and design for ANet’s Compass product. This is a fixed-term position with an anticipated duration of four to six months. RESPONSIBILITIES Create ANet assessment content and supporting materials aligned with content standards - Develop instructional support materials: - Research and analyze curriculum and content standards examples from states and external organizations - Review historical distractor data to identify common misconceptions for each standard or part of standard - Create aligned resources for common misconceptions, such as visual examples of student work that illuminates a misconception, or a narrative explaining a common misconception, its root causes, and possible solutions. - Use feedback on resources to iterate and improve created materials - Additional duties may include: - Writing math assessment items aligned to standards, including but not limited to traditional and technology-enhanced item types - Addressing feedback on assessment item content from multiple stakeholders in order to revise REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES In order to be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following: Expertise in area of focus: ○ Prior instructional teaching experience in mathematics, with preference in grade 2-8 ○ Solid understanding of mathematics state instructional standards, including Common Core State Standards ○ Working knowledge of strong instructional practice in mathematics and assessment design principles, with preference in grade 2-8 Communication: ○ Ability to communicate ideas clearly in a variety of work settings, including internal/external meetings and presentations, using language that is relatable to stakeholders ○ Ability to create mathematical visuals that are clear and easy to understand Planning and Prioritization: ○ Ability to organize workstreams and take initiative to get assignments completed ○ Work effectively under deadlines and fast-paced work ○ Be able to incorporate input from teams or external sources, including educators Critical Thinking & Data Orientation: ○ Ability to recognize needed data and understand how it impacts decisions in the work or role ○ Flexibility to learn and adapt to new technology to support the efficiency or delivery of work BENEFITS & COMPENSATION Benefits for this temporary role include paid time-off and a 401(k) plan with a 4% match. The hourly salary range for this position is between $39.06. This position is non-exempt and therefore eligible for overtime pay, which requires advanced approval, in accordance with applicable laws.
