Role Description - Manage and maintain internal accounts, access, and admin panels (email systems, CRM, internal tools) - Handle day-to-day technical and operational tasks (setup, migrations, troubleshooting, integrations) - Work with various SaaS tools and quickly learn new systems when needed - Communicate with external providers (e.g. platforms, infrastructure services) - Support internal teams by resolving ad-hoc requests and operational issues - Assist with documentation, contracts, and basic process management - Research and implement new tools or solutions when required Qualifications - Experience in System Administration or similar roles - Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently - Comfortable working with different tools, systems, and admin interfaces - Ability to learn fast and handle tasks you haven’t done before - Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented - English B2–C1 (working level) - Based in Portugal Requirements - Innovative environment: Work within a forward-thinking iGaming tech team focused on modern engineering practices. - Growth opportunities: Take ownership of operational processes and contribute to building internal company infrastructure. - Remote flexibility: Fully remote role with an international, results-oriented team. - Location: Portugal. - Compensation: Based on expectations, skills, and experience. - B2B contract via Deel.com
