• Develop and activate comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives, including market research, target audience identification, and channel selection. • Collaborate with cross functional teams including insights, UA/paid media, regional marketing teams, 1st parties and external agencies to fully leverage resources to ensure delivery of the plan. Working closely with development studios while building and maintaining relationships will be key to the role. • Keep a close eye on market trends, sharing insights that can steer campaign strategy and provide constructive and effective suggestions for the team to maintain engagement and drive innovation throughout.

• Develop and deploy machine learning / AI models to enhance platform capabilities • Work on use cases such as: Creator segmentation and recommendation, Creator Content labeling and data analysis, Campaign performance prediction and optimization • Translate business and product problems into data science solutions • Design experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact • Work with data engineers to define and build scalable data pipelines • Clean, process, and structure large datasets (creator data, content metadata, campaign performance) • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to integrate models into the platform • Track model performance using appropriate metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, business KPIs)

• Serve as the primary HR contact for game development teams and studio leadership. • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support global expansion and business growth. • Provide expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning for international operations. • Develop and implement onboarding programs tailored to international hires and cross-cultural integration. • Drive talent management processes for global teams. • Manage complex employee relations matters across different cultural and legal environments. • Foster an inclusive and engaging work environment that supports diverse international teams. • Implement employee engagement initiatives that resonate across global teams. • Oversee compensation adjustment based on the company C&B policy. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions. • Manage global mobility and expatriate programs for international assignments.
