Role Description As our GTM Engineer, you're the technical operator behind the campaigns. You own the system that turns a target market into booked conversations: - Build highly targeted lists for email, LinkedIn, and phone from multiple sources (Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Apify, Google Maps, and more). - Sharp ICP segmentation: real targeting based on signals, not "industry + job title". - Enrich company and contact data in Clay (tech stack, headcount, funding, role changes, etc.). - Build signal-based workflows that monitor buying triggers and route the right contacts into the right sequence. - Find and verify phone numbers from multiple databases (e.g. Bettercontact) via API for our cold-calling lists. - Build and maintain automations with APIs and webhooks to pull data, sync tools, and orchestrate the whole pipeline end-to-end. - Design agentic AI workflows that research, score, write, and route at scale without a human stitching tools together by hand. - Connect Clay, n8n, and the sending tools into one clean, repeatable system. - Write email and LinkedIn outreach that turns cold contacts into replies. - Use AI (ChatGPT, Claude) for personalization at scale. - Prepare short, useful company/contact briefs for the client's cold-calling team. - Load copy and lead data into the sending tools and launch on time. - Build and protect email infrastructure: domains, mailboxes, warmup, sending limits. - Monitor inbox health, deliverability, reply rates, and campaign metrics. Qualifications - Proven experience in list building and data scraping (3+ years as a guide). - Expert-level Clay: list building, enrichment, orchestration. - Hands-on with APIs and webhooks and building multi-source workflows. - Experience with at least one email sending stack (we run Smartlead and Lemlist) and LinkedIn outreach (HeyReach). - Comfortable building agentic / AI workflows and prompt engineering (ChatGPT, Claude). - Solid understanding of deliverability and outbound infrastructure. - Fluent English. Requirements - You have proven outbound experience and results you can point to. - You live in Clay and can explain why a workflow exists, not just how you clicked it together. - Building APIs, webhooks, and agentic workflows excites you. - You want one team to go deep with, not ten clients to juggle. - You deliver reliably and treat deadlines as real. - You are obsessed with QUALITY delivery.
