• Own the full lifecycle of features and products across our consumer platform • You build the UI, the services behind it, and the instrumentation that tells you whether it worked • You ship continuously and safely, using AI tooling
• Identify and prospect small and mid-sized companies experiencing layoffs, restructuring, mergers, or workforce changes • Develop relationships with HR leaders, Operations Executives, CEOs, Founders, and decision-makers • Introduce and position Storeyline’s outplacement and career transition services • Conduct outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, referrals, partnerships, and strategic follow-up • Build and manage a pipeline from scratch • Create opportunities for presentations, discovery calls, and proposals • Collaborate with leadership to help shape pricing, positioning, service offerings, and go-to-market strategy • Track outreach, pipeline activity, and sales performance • Represent the company professionally while handling sensitive workforce transition conversations with empathy and discretion • Open doors with companies that have never heard of Storeyline • Build long-term relationships with HR and leadership teams • Help companies support exiting employees with dignity and professionalism • Create recurring partnerships and referral opportunities • Help establish an entirely new revenue channel for the business
• Own end-to-end HubSpot architecture, including workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and automation • Lead CRM migration, integration, and system consolidation efforts • Ensure accurate lead capture, attribution, and routing across all channels • Own UTM strategy and governance, partnering with web, paid, and SEO teams • Build and maintain campaign infrastructure (lists, workflows, forms, tracking) • Own and build email nurture programs • Enable and operationalize all outbound email execution in HubSpot • Maintain data hygiene, compliance, and system scalability • Partner with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up processes • Own and manage content syndication partnerships • Drive performance across syndication programs • Own AI SDR program execution • Monitor and improve conversion rates • Establish and maintain clear reporting on pipeline contribution and program performance • Act as the central owner of marketing systems and campaign execution infrastructure • Support events, customer success, and marketing teams with HubSpot-driven execution • Own HubSpot reporting end-to-end, including dashboards, lifecycle tracking, and pipeline visibility

• Serve as the end-to-end owner of websites across our portfolio — experience, structure, performance, and storytelling. • Build and refine landing pages, product pages in partnership with design, UX/UI, and development. • Lead the CRO roadmap, including hypothesis generation, A/B testing, and rapid experimentation. • Own the user experience: navigation, content hierarchy, page flow, and interaction design. • Maintain consistent branding, voice, messaging, and design across all digital properties. • Define and refine how each brand and product is positioned on the website. • Collaborate with copywriting and creative to elevate brand expression on key pages. • Ensure every digital surface reinforces our brand identity and business goals. • Partner closely with paid media teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates. • Use analytics and behavioral insights to identify growth opportunities across funnels. • Advocate for user-centered design and data-informed decision making across teams.
