• Execute Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and integrated operational capability testing alongside engineering to validate systems and processes meet requirements. • Serve as the primary operational owner for cross-dock warehouse functions during launch, managing high-velocity workflows from inbound receiving to outbound loading. • Support the creation and refinement of the launch playbook by documenting lessons learned and standardizing work processes for future site replicability. • Oversee the day-to-day execution of warehouse operations, directing large teams of hourly associates and frontline leaders to achieve throughput targets. • Validate WMS/WES functionality and monitor real-time system transactions to troubleshoot flow-through bottlenecks and ensure data integrity. • Drive organizational safety protocols by enforcing OSHA compliance and conducting audits to ensure employees follow proper guidelines in a fast-moving start-up environment. • Manage business-specific launch priorities, including labor planning, shift balancing, and coordinating with cross-functional partners in IT, Supply Chain, and Automation.

• Develop and maintain project material plans; driving our Supplier Follow Up team to ensure materials are available at project sites for installation. • Serve as single point of contact for project material escalations; coordinate involved parties to deliver to site needs. • Manage project through key planning milestones: Ensuring all items required for project are ordered and deliveries on track to progress on key Symbotic timelines. • Maintain Project Tracking tools, ensuring validity of data and driving improved reporting on project performance through use of Excel. • Support new projects by creating material allocation reports to ensure all materials are on order. • Effectively summarize project performance and anticipated shortfalls to Executive level stakeholders; must have a demonstrated ability to tailor communication to specific stakeholder needs. • Drive project progress through developing improved KPIs and project performance signals to catch shortfalls prior to site impact.

• Participate in the preparation, planning, and coordination of the site commissioning schedule. • Responsible for the progress of commissioning activities, such as preparing reports on the progress of commissioning and testing. • Be the lead at a site at the commission stage while ensuring projects have proper resources allocation in order to meet target timelines and budgets. • Participate in the preparation of performance reports for commissioning and testing to site support team and cross-functional business partners. • Coach and mentor site team members and provide technical support for daily activities. • Lead daily scrum meetings for the operational team and participate in the site scrum meeting for team leaders and site managers. • Participate in various initiatives of continuous production improvement, standardization, and improvement of the installation and start-up processes, while ensuring compliance with all health and safety policies.

• Lead field execution of Exol’s workforce training program across site launches, ramp-ups, steady-state operations, and continuous improvement efforts • Deliver and reinforce classroom, e-learning, hands-on, and on-the-floor training for frontline warehouse roles, supervisors, trainers, and site leaders • Develop and maintain a practical train-the-trainer program so site leaders and designated trainers can deliver consistent training across the network • Build the operating rhythm for onboarding, role qualification, cross-training, refresher training, and training readiness for new processes or customer requirements • Partner with Operations to translate Exol processes, ExOS standards, work instructions, and standard work into site-level training execution • Work with HR and the Learning administrator to ensure assignments, completion tracking, and learning records support the field training program • Coordinate with outsourced training/content partners to create or improve custom training materials, videos, job aids, and facilitator guides based on field needs • Partner with Safety and Operations to support MHE/PIT and forklift training requirements, including trainer qualification, certification readiness, and recurring compliance needs • Support site launches by creating training deployment plans, validating role readiness, preparing trainers, and ensuring training materials are available before go-live • Track and communicate training effectiveness, including completion, qualification status, field adoption, time-to-proficiency, audit findings, and learner/site feedback

• Define and implement advanced manufacturing strategies for robotics and automation systems that improve scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness • Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability (DFM) and lead the seamless transfer of new products into production • Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis and manufacturing readiness reviews for all new product introductions • Oversee management of tooling and capital investments to support growth • Perform analysis, including FEA and tolerance analysis, to optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability • Work closely with mechanical, electrical, software, controls, manufacturing, and quality engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and product success • Identify and troubleshoot design challenges, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement • Clearly communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and a culture of learning

• Lead the efforts and partnership with product solutions architect, quality engineers, technology providers, and infrastructure functions to support concepts, high level designs, and end-to-end solutions. • Understand complex technical issues; communicate well with internal and external technical personnel; triage issues based on priority, impact, risk, release timing; and facilitate resolution. • Develop and update Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) to ensure requirements are aligned with Symbotic’s goals and all potential product failures mechanisms are identified and mitigated. • Lead projects with Quality activities including PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and process capability. • Ensure the safe execution of all activities through the life cycle of a project, from manufacturing to implementation.

• Partner with engineering, operations, and technology teams to assess system performance and develop improvement plans. • Monitor and analyze system performance data, develop KPIs and reporting insights, deliver root cause analysis, and prioritize corrective actions. • Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive operational initiatives. • Develop deep expertise in Symbotic’s automation platform. • Act as a trusted liaison between customers and internal Symbotic teams. • Facilitate customer meetings, workshops, and reviews to drive alignment and gather feedback.

• Lead high-impact RCA investigations for complex production incidents spanning software, infrastructure, industrial controls, and production SOP execution • Chair structured, blameless RCA reviews aligned with ITIL Problem Management — fact-based analysis, clear ownership, timely resolution • Serve as the customer-facing technical lead for RCA discussions, updates, and formal deliverables within defined SLA timelines • Analyze logs, telemetry, and incident trends across many issues to find recurring failure patterns — then influence teams across the organization to eliminate them • Present findings, risks, and recommendations to senior internal leadership and customer stakeholders, backed by data you own end to end • Drive Continuous Service Improvement initiatives that measurably reduce repeat incidents and investigation toil through automation, tooling, and reporting • Mentor teammates and elevate RCA quality standards as a senior individual contributor
