Title: Senior Account Executive (US Remote) Location: US Sales Job Description: Come grow Supermetrics North America with us! We’re looking for a mid-market Senior Account Executive to join our growing US sales team located. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with SDRs, Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers and Partners to acquire new customers and expand current relationships in one of our top markets globally, the North America region. Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include: - Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals by clearly articulating the value of our solutions - Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers. - Develop and execute a territory strategy to meet and surpass targets. - Collaborate with key stakeholders including marketing, customer success, partners and solution engineers to increase revenue. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce. - Respond promptly and effectively to inbound leads working up and across the account. - Qualify leads to determine their fit with our solutions. - Utilize various channels such as email, cold calling, social selling, and networking to generate leads and initiate contact with potential clients. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospects' needs partnering with a solution engineer for technical conversations. - Clearly convey the benefits of our offerings to potential clients to enhance conversion rates. - Strategically approach new accounts at the mid to senior level and above. - Research and understand prospects' business needs and pain points to tailor outreach. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, landscape, and best practices in digital advertising and SaaS sales. - Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-learning initiatives. This position is for you if you have: - 5 + years experience in selling Saas in the North American market. - A minimum of 2 years selling into mid-market and large mid-market customers. - Must have martech/adtech or data-tech experience in the local market and have knowledge of our competitors. - Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets in a results-oriented, quota-driven environment. - Proficient written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with prospects, customers, partners and your teammates. - Committed and self-motivated with a deep sense of ownership and accountability. - Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment working autonomously. - Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies. Pay Transparency Statement: Total On-Target Earnings: $170,000 - $200,000 USD annually. These figures reflect the compensation offered for remote U.S.based candidates. Actual earnings may vary depending on individual performance against sales targets. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via various channels including email, video conferencing, and live chat. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our marketing analytics technology platform, including software configuration, data integrations, and API usage. • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams such as engineering or product development, and effectively manage customer expectations and communications related to the troubleshooting effort and resolution. • Document, with a high degree of accuracy all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our Support ticketing system. • Assist in the development and maintenance of technical support documentation, including knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs. • Stay up-to-date on product enhancements, new features, and industry best practices to provide timely support and guidance to customers. • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance technical knowledge of cross functional team mates

• Manage full-cycle sales for enterprise accounts with 10,000+ employees or $1bn+ in revenue. • Own a $1M+ annual quota with a focus on multi-threaded deals across Marketing, Data, and Operations teams. • Build and execute regional GTM plans to target priority verticals including Retail, eCommerce, Travel, Financial Services, and SaaS. • Partner closely with Sales Engineers, Legal, and Product to tailor solutions and negotiate complex contracts. • Facilitate consultative discovery calls and customized demos for VP and C-level decision-makers. • Manage a mix of outbound and inbound pipeline, supported by SDRs and Marketing. • Collaborate with partners (e.g. Google Cloud, LinkedIn, Snowflake) to co-source opportunities and expand reach. • Work with Agencies and Solution partners to engage new prospects and co-sell where appropriate. • Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain clean CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
