• Serve as a senior technical voice during business development, solutioning, and expansion discussions, helping clients confidently move from learning strategy and concept development into custom software implementation. • Build credibility and relationships with client technology and engineering leaders, including VP and C-level stakeholders. • Partner with Studion client teams as a trusted executive technical advisor. • Participate in executive presentations, workshops, and strategic discussions. • Provide guidance on technical strategy, architecture considerations, and software delivery approaches. • Offer an executive-level perspective on technology trends, risks, and implementation considerations. • Attend client meetings, conferences, and other in-person events across the U.S. approximately once per month, with occasional travel to Croatia or Western Europe (up to twice annually).
• Lead the configuration and deployment of clinical trial platforms: Oversee the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of digital platforms for clinical trials, ensuring they meet both client requirements and regulatory standards in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), 21 CFR Part 11, ICH E6(R3) and internal quality management procedures. • Translate clinical protocols into actionable system configurations: Work closely with clients to gather and understand complex clinical requirements, transforming them into precise system specifications. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Coordinate with internal and client teams to ensure successful delivery of digital solutions, from initial planning to full deployment. • Integrate connected devices and clinical systems: Utilize your experience with eCOA systems and other connected devices to ensure seamless integration with clinical systems and data management platforms. • Provide expertise in clinical study design: Offer strategic guidance on optimizing clinical trial designs, ensuring they are both efficient and compliant with industry regulations. • Manage project timelines and objectives: Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, ensuring all milestones are met within the agreed timelines. • Drive continuous process improvement: Continuously assess and improve the platform implementation process, proactively addressing potential challenges and optimizing client satisfaction. • Support and educate clients: Provide training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they fully understand and can effectively use the digital platforms.
• Act as a senior technical partner during pre-sales, sales, and design & planning phases. • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to define feasible, scalable, and cost-effective technical approaches. • Participate in client meetings (primarily US-based), helping understand business challenges and translating them into technical solutions. • Support solution architecture, system design, and technical scoping before project delivery. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs to clients. • Evaluate, integrate, and creatively combine third-party tools, platforms, and services to meet client needs. • Provide technical input into estimates, risks, and implementation strategies. • Contribute to hands-on product and platform development as a senior individual contributor, depending on business needs and project phase.
