• Manage compliance content review for all OTC supplement and cosmetic assets. • Ensure all claims are truthful, not misleading, and properly substantiated in compliance with FDA, FTC, and other regulatory requirements. • Enforce clear boundaries between structure/function vs. disease claims, and cosmetic vs. supplement claims, including proper use of disclaimers and qualifiers. • Maintain and evolve a compliant claims library and standardized language guidelines across products and channels for Strive Pharmacy’s OTC products. • Provide proactive, practical guidance to Marketing and Product/Clinical teams to enable compliant messaging early and reduce rework. • Review and advise on product labels, e-commerce listings, influencer/affiliate/testimonial content, and before/after claims. • Identify and mitigate high-risk claims and marketing practices, staying current on FDA warning letters and FTC enforcement trends. • Develop and scale compliance frameworks including SOPs, workflows, and approval processes for OTC product claims and labeling review. • Train and support cross-functional teams on DSHEA compliance, FTC advertising rules, and supplement/cosmetic claim guardrails. • Maintain audit-ready documentation of content reviews, substantiation, and labeling decisions. • Track and improve key metrics (e.g., cycle time, first-pass approval, rework) to increase efficiency and accountability. • Serve as the internal expert on OTC content compliance, providing clear, actionable recommendations aligned with regulatory requirements and business goals.

• Responsible for the day-to-day procurement of material. • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock. • Monitor and control costs associated with procurement, striving for cost-effectiveness. • Identify opportunities for cost savings and negotiate pricing with suppliers. • Generate purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. • Track and manage order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of materials. • Collect, validate, and analyze procurement and spend data for assigned categories. • Prepare reports and dashboards to track cost savings, supplier performance, and compliance. • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support category strategy development. • Assist in developing and executing sourcing activities, including RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations. • Support negotiations by financial models, risk assessments, and scenario analyses. • Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues to category managers as needed. • Track contract milestones, renewals, and compliance requirements. • Assist with onboarding of new suppliers and ensuring proper documentation is maintained. • Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, etc.) to gather requirements and align sourcing initiatives with business needs. • Communicate analytical findings and sourcing recommendations to stakeholders. • Act as a point of contact for suppliers and internal customers within designated categories. • Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes, policies, and tools.

• Lead all phases of client onboarding and technical implementation, from scope definition through successful launch and post-go-live transition. • Serve as the strategic liaison between clients, product, and technical teams during setup, configuration, and integration. • Manage and mentor a team of onboarding and solutions specialists, ensuring performance, professional growth, and alignment with organizational goals. • Oversee multiple concurrent implementation projects, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term process improvements. • Collaborate with internal developers to secure credentials, configure APIs/webhooks, and ensure system connectivity. • Drive consistency and scalability within pharmacy product workflows across clients and platforms. • Oversee validation and testing of pharmacy orders in both sandbox and production systems to maintain accuracy and compliance. • Establish and monitor audit practices to ensure templates and order workflows align with clinical, regulatory, and operational standards. • Manage system configuration processes—including product additions, order template design, and integration setup—in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. • Evaluate and optimize technical integrations, identifying issues and implementing sustainable solutions to improve reliability. • Provide feedback and strategic insight to Product and Engineering teams to enhance the RxVortex API and associated user experiences. • Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs, playbooks, and implementation documentation that ensure consistent delivery and knowledge sharing. • Partner with Learning & Development to keep training content and documentation aligned with evolving tools and workflows. • Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. • Analyze process metrics and client feedback to inform operational improvements and strategic initiatives. • Manage onboarding and integration tracking within HubSpot CRM (or comparable platform) to ensure visibility, accuracy, and compliance. • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, security, and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA requirements.

• Manage Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clinics in a timely manner with clear instructions, ensuring a seamless experience. • Collect Feedback: Capture customer feedback to improve the onboarding process and experience. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Customer Success and Customer Experience, escalating issues to the appropriate teams, creating and updating customer education materials pertaining to the provider portal, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Onboarding Project Support: Assist with onboarding tasks such as creating Office Manager accounts after initial set-up, route inquiries from shared inbox and Slack channels to appropriate teams. • CRM Utilization: Effectively utilize HubSpot CRM to meticulously track and manage onboarding progress. Create and maintain internal documentation and customer records with a focus in data integrity/cleanliness with the highest confidentiality and data security standards.

• Develop and lead a comprehensive Compounding strategy aligned with organizational priorities and growth objectives. • Act as a key advisor to Operational Senior Management on compounding related risk, compliance health, and improvement opportunities. • Champion a culture of quality, accountability, and proactive problem-solving across all levels of the organization. • Oversee all day-to-day operations of high-volume sterile and non-sterile compounding within 503A environments. • Ensure full compliance with USP 795, 797, 800 standards, cGMP, FDA, DEA, and applicable state pharmacy board regulations. • Establish operational discipline that prioritizes safety, quality, and data integrity across all compounding activities. • Collaborate daily with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure compounding accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to procedures. • Drive and own the remediation of quality or compliance gaps, ensuring corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) are sustainable, measurable, and verifiable. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, throughput, compliance, and service levels. • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure operational health, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance. • Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy, capacity planning, and expansion efforts across 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding. • Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline workflows, enhance data capture, and increase automation where appropriate. • Develop talent, build bench strength, and create scalable organizational structures that support rapid growth. • Manage budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation across the Compounding organization. • Inspire and mentor teams, driving an environment of trust, integrity, performance, and accountability.
