• Own and develop retail search activation strategy and oversee Search Manager to build and flawlessly execute best-in-class retail media campaigns across search • Direct and train Managers and Specialists on best practices for hands-to-keyboard set-up, management, optimization and reporting of retail search • Lead strategy on keyword, ad group, audience and targeting strategy, and refine overall activation plan based on client objectives and vendor/platform capabilities • Work with Director to develop and refine processes to improve the daily and weekly optimizations and performance across a variety of platforms and clients • Create and share presentations recommending campaign strategy and collaborate with senior internal leaders on search strategy and convey final plan to the search teams and clients • Support developing holistic retail strategy, client media mix, and budget allocations, while leading Search Managers and Search Specialists in executing tactics that support the strategy • Maintain oversight as the leader of the team that activates against campaign set-up, performance, optimization, and reporting • Clearly set and communicate performance expectations with Search Managers, and Search Specialists, along with key internal commerce media partners • Lead, manage, mentor, and scale the skillsets of the team of Search Managers and Specialist in workflow, training, and development and adherence to best practices • Lead the search team on providing high-quality insights and strategic recommendations based on client objectives, media strategy and results
• Own and develop programmatic media activation strategy and oversee teammates to build and flawlessly execute best-in-class campaigns across DSPs. • Lead strategy on audience segmentation, inventory selection, bidding strategies, and refine overall activation plans based on client objectives and platform capabilities. • Collaborate with the Sr Manager to evolve processes that improve daily and weekly optimizations and performance across a variety of platforms and clients. • Create and present strategic media plans and collaborate with senior internal leaders to align programmatic strategy with broader commerce goals. • Support development of holistic media strategy, client media mix, and budget allocations, while leading Managers and Specialists in executing tactics that support the strategy. • Maintain oversight of campaign setup, performance, optimization, and reporting across programmatic platforms. • Deliver high-quality insights and strategic recommendations based on client objectives, media strategy, and campaign results. • Reports to Sr Manager, Programmatic

• supports the planning for all major digital channels including: TV, Partnerships, Digital Direct, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Paid Search • works with a myriad of cross functional disciplines (Investment, Strategy, Performance Analytics) • help oversee the total execution of a media campaigns from investment strategy through activation and assisting in reporting deliverables • focused on how media strategy translates investment strategy to deliver on campaign goals • continually evaluates and improves upon media processes and opportunities • partner to the Client Service and Project Management functions to support internal and client facing discussions
• Build and flawlessly execute best-in-class retail media campaigns across search. • Own hands-to-keyboard set-up, management, optimization and reporting of retail search. • Develop and collaborate on keyword, ad group, audience and targeting strategy, and refine overall activation plan based on client objectives and vendor/platform capabilities. • Manage continuous improvement of daily and weekly optimizations across a variety of platforms and clients. • Create and share presentations highlighting the campaign set-up and final plan with internal teams and clients. • Support with developing retail strategy, client media mix, and budget allocations. • Have clear understanding of campaign set-up, performance and reporting structure, and clearly set and communicate performance expectations with internal and external teams. • Help manage team workflow, training, and internal project reviews. • Report back on campaign performance. • Collaborate with vendor and team to provide campaign data, insights and strategic recommendations based on client objectives, media strategy and results.Reports to Director Retail Search. No immediate direct reports.
