• Receive inbound sales calls from customers; understand their storage needs and recommend an appropriate storage unit. • Ability to overcome any objections in order to obtain a reservation for a storage unit or rent the unit over the phone. • Work with existing customers by answering questions, taking payments, and resolving concerns. • Make outbound calls to follow up on rental reservations. • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. • Perform duties assigned by Supervisor(s).

• Perform deep-dive manual testing on new features to understand system behaviour and identify bugs that automated scripts might miss • Design and document detailed, reusable test cases in Xray for Jira, ensuring clear traceability back to product requirements • Under the guidance of senior engineers, write and maintain automated test scripts in Python (Selenium) and Java (Playwright) across two different product lines • Engage in 2-week sprint cycles, contributing to daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Identify, record, and track defects in Jira, providing clear logs and reproduction steps to help developers resolve issues quickly • Monitor automated test runs in GitLab CI and Jenkins, assisting in the investigation of 'red' builds to determine if the cause is a product bug or a script failure • Actively develop your skills in HCI domain knowledge (Virtualization, Storage, Networking) and cross-language automation
