Role Description Join Our Team as a Property & Casualty Account Manager in North Dakota! Are you a detail-oriented, relationship-focused, and experienced in property and casualty insurance administration? Starion Insurance is seeking a Property & Casualty Account Manager in North Dakota to deliver high-quality service, coordination, and operational support to clients and internal partners. Position: Property & Casualty Account Manager Location: North Dakota – Bismarck, Mandan, Fargo, Oakes, Ellendale or Remote Key Responsibilities: - Manages property and casualty accounts and provides exceptional service with accuracy in processing renewals, endorsements, policies, and audits by agency timelines; ensures timely processing of invoices and client requests. - Manages client/carrier correspondence and maintains updated client information in the agency management system. - Obtains quotes from carriers for new and existing business; reviews carrier proposals for accuracy and prepares client documents. - Acts as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service issues; follows Starion standards, policies, and procedures. Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in insurance servicing and ownership of a client book and retention outcomes, typically acquired through three to five years of similar or related experience. - A college degree or equivalent work experience. - Active Property & Casualty license required. - Proven interpersonal communication and customer service skills. - Ability to juggle high-volume tasks. Role Description Join Our Team as a Credit Analyst at Starion Bank! Are you an analytical, detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial analysis and sound credit decision-making? If so, we want you to join our team at Starion Bank! Position: Credit Analyst Location: This position is available at any of our branches in North Dakota and Wisconsin. This position may be eligible for remote work where the physical location is within 200 miles of one of our locations. Key Responsibilities: - Perform credit analysis for new and existing loan requests, including preparation of credit approval presentations and financial statement spreads. - Conduct annual credit reviews and provide written credit recommendations to management regarding loan structure and creditworthiness. - Support lenders with complex credit transactions, risk assessments, and servicing needs. - Assist with credit-related training, appraisal reviews, and ongoing process improvements within credit administration. - Participate in projects related to policy updates, regulatory changes, system enhancements, and efficiency initiatives. Qualifications - One to three years of similar or related experience in credit analysis, lending support or financial analysis. - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. - Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; database or financial software experience preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare reports and present findings. Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in banking, fixed-income analysis, ALM or treasury, typically acquired through five to eight years of related experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field. - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. - Working knowledge of fixed-income securities (MBS, CMOs, agencies, munis). - Experience with ALM software and advanced Excel capabilities.
