As the Director of Business Development within our Growth Team, you will be responsible for expanding Stambaugh Ness’ relationships within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry to drive revenue growth. You will focus on cross-selling our integrated suite of CPA, consulting, and technology services to existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with strategic buyers and private equity-backed firms within the AEC sector. Salary : The salary range for this position varies based on level and is estimated at $100,000 – $130,000 for Consultant and $130,000 – $150,000 for Senior Consultant . Final compensation within these ranges will be determined based on factors including an individual’s skill set, experience, knowledge, licensure and certifications, and geographic location.
