• Own strategic creator partnerships. Manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier influencers and creators, anticipating their needs and building for long-term retention and success. • Drive performance and growth. Analyze creator performance data and deliver actionable recommendations to grow earnings. Build reporting and operational resources that support both strategic planning and day-to-day execution. • Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner with Brand, Influencer, Product, and Data teams to make sure creator needs are reflected in what we build and how we operate. • Be the voice of the creator. Advocate for creators across departments and build feedback loops between creators and Product, ensuring the roadmap solves for real creator pain points. • Own retention metrics. Take ownership of the numbers that define success, including monthly active creators, earnings growth, and creator NPS.
• Account Execution: Acts as the main point of contact for sold content campaigns, managing day to day tasks to ensure program success and positive client relationships. Proactively identifies and removes any roadblocks that prevent goals from being met. • Project Management: Manages the full lifecycle of content campaigns. This would include owning the agenda for kick off calls, managing all client and partner deliverables, setting and meeting deadlines, communicating progress across all stakeholders, and ensuring a successful launch. • Campaign Optimization: While campaign launch will be the Account Manager’s responsibility, post launch responsibilities include monitoring reporting and utilizing metrics to optimize active campaigns with publisher clients, ensuring accountability for performance and maximizing overall results.

• Manage up to 100 brand accounts as the day-to-day and strategic lead. • Hold quarterly calls with your top brands and maintain multiple proactive touchpoints per account per quarter. • Lead QBR and monthly call prep — own the narrative, data insights and strategies. • Secure flat fee investments and commission increases aligned with your revenue goals. • Participate in weekly Sales, Editorial, and Influencer team meetings. • Own your individual net profit goals and contribute to company monthly and quarterly targets. • Drive flat fee investment renewals QoQ and YoY. • Flag at-risk accounts early and come with a mitigation plan. • Send dozens of monthly sales proposals tracked in HubSpot. • Respond to inbound leads within 48 business hours. • Keep pipeline and account data clean and current. • Submit the weekly forecasting projections.
