• Develop, edit, and maintain end-user documentation, work aids, user guides, release notes, FAQs, and training materials for enterprise applications. • Prepare internal and external communications related to software releases, system enhancements, maintenance activities, and user notifications. • Collaborate directly with NHTSA business stakeholders to gather information and create user-facing documentation and job aids. • Create and maintain documentation in Confluence and organize project knowledge repositories. • Work with project managers, business analysts, developers, testers, and product owners to understand application changes and translate them into user-friendly documentation. • Maintain documentation standards and ensure all deliverables are accurate, consistent, and aligned with federal documentation guidelines. • Update existing documentation to reflect system enhancements and production releases. • Support user adoption by creating instructional materials and documentation for new features and functionality.

• Partner with stakeholders to translate product strategy and roadmap into user stories, features, and enablers • Analyze user needs to define functional and cross-functional requirements across the SDLC • Decompose large epics into clear, testable user stories with defined acceptance criteria • Manage and maintain the product backlog in Jira • Support backlog grooming, prioritization, and release planning • Conduct bi-weekly testing and validation of completed user stories • Ensure delivered functionality aligns with requirements and customer expectations • Serve as Scrum Master, ensuring Agile best practices are followed • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including: Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews / Demos, Sprint Retrospectives • Identify and remove impediments and blockers to team progress • Coach team members to improve processes, collaboration, and delivery outcomes • Track and communicate team metrics and performance indicators • Support the Project Manager in coordinating meetings, presentations, and deliverables • Engage with customers and end users to address questions and gather feedback • Promote strong communication across technical and non-technical teams.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reusable automated testing frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Katalon Studio. • Partner with development teams to promote and implement Test-Driven Development (TDD), ensuring testability is built into system design. • Integrate automated test suites into GitLab CI/CD pipelines to support nightly builds and continuous smoke/regression testing. • Translate manual test cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria into efficient and reliable automated test scripts. • Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes. • Develop clear, metrics-driven reports and dashboards to communicate product quality and release readiness to stakeholders.

• Serve as the primary liaison between government clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and high-quality service delivery • Lead and support complex Agile development efforts across functional, technical, and policy domains • Define project scope, phases, deliverables, milestones, and evaluation criteria • Develop and implement tools and processes to track project performance, workflows, and deliverables • Monitor project assignments, timelines, and government deliverables to ensure accountability and adherence to schedules • Coordinate logistics and technology for meetings, including stakeholder engagement sessions • Respond promptly to team and client inquiries • Oversee Help Desk operations (if applicable to assigned project) • Prepare and deliver weekly status updates and monthly reports on project performance and progress • Manage full project lifecycle activities, including budgeting, staffing, vendor coordination, and release planning

• Support the ingestion and migration of large-scale datasets into a cloud-based data platform • Assist in modernizing legacy dataflow pipelines into automated, cloud-native solutions • Maintain high availability and reliability of real-time data delivery across hybrid environments • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data ingestion and routing processes • Manage the end-to-end flow of real-time data, including validation, quality control, archival, and retrieval • Execute and support ingestion processes for mission-critical datasets into the cloud environment • Assist in transitioning legacy workflows into API-driven and automated scripting solutions (Python/Bash) • Ensure continuous data flow in a 24/7 environment; troubleshoot and resolve data delivery issues • Monitor and optimize data routing applications and cloud services to ensure performance and low latency • Maintain and enhance scripts and legacy tools (Bash, Perl, SQL) while supporting migration to modern solutions • Support automated deployment, testing, and monitoring of dataflow applications and pipelines • Serve as a technical escalation point for complex data ingestion and formatting issues • Develop and maintain technical documentation, processes, and configuration standards • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support mission-critical operations • Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve data access, formatting, and integration challenges.

• Maintain, monitor, and support complex, mission-critical systems in a 24x7 enterprise environment • Provide Tier 2 O&M support, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and system optimization • Install and validate application software in QA and production environments, following defined procedures and checklists • Develop and execute System Integration Test (SIT) plans and document results • Write detailed implementation and deployment instructions for system changes and upgrades • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Linux tools (e.g., Bash, Python, Perl) • Analyze system performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements • Collaborate with stakeholders to address system performance, configuration, and support inquiries

• Serve as a Python SME, advising teams on best practices and development approaches • Support the development, enhancement, and implementation of Python-based applications • Design, develop, test, debug, document, and deploy both interactive and batch software • Review, refine, and improve existing Python codebases • Troubleshoot issues and recommend enhancements to improve system performance • Provide recommendations for project tracking and control systems • Support geospatial data processing and visualization using Python-based tools • Lead analysis, data modeling, and technical design across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Develop and execute test cases, including functional and integration testing • Research and integrate new tools and technologies based on evolving requirements

• As a key member of the team, the Senior Full Stack Application Developer will interface with the customers and developers supporting a range of software development activities, including requirements collection and analysis, technical architecture design, detailed software design, implementation, test, and integration for new and existing systems. • Design, develop, test, and integrate custom JAVA backend applications and solutions. • Design and develop Microservice applications in a cloud environment. • Interface with senior-level customer management and SMEs. • Resolve complex design, implementation, and/or performance issues. • Work with the Information Security Organization to ensure that developed solutions meet all security requirements. • Support all development and delivery activities, from requirements definition and specification to deployment and delivery to production. • Consult with project teams and end users to identify new requirements; identify areas for improvement. • Assist in the identification and evaluation of new/emerging technologies, COTS products, development, and testing tools.

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python. • Modernize and re-engineer legacy processes using open-source technologies (Python with PySpark or R) and modern design patterns. • Refactor and re-architect server-based applications into serverless architectures. • Convert procedural logic, stored procedures, and functions into optimized PostgreSQL (PL/pgSQL). • Develop, maintain, and support existing SAS processes (primarily SAS Base). • Work within a Linux environment, leveraging containerization and orchestration tools. • Analyze and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions. • Utilize Git for version control and collaborate through code reviews. • Perform testing and ensure code quality and deployment readiness.
