• Design, build, maintain and primarily operate scalable streaming and batch data pipelines, with a strong focus on maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of existing pipelines. • Work with AWS services, including Redshift, EMR and ECS, to support data processing and analytics workloads. • Develop and maintain data workflows using Python and SQL. • Orchestrate and monitor pipelines using Apache Airflow. • Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. • Break down high-level system designs into well-defined, deliverable tasks with realistic estimates. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and distributed environment across the US and Europe. • Drive automation, observability and monitoring to improve reliability, performance and operational efficiency. • Support knowledge transfer and ownership handover as part of the planned transition to the consuming team.

• Support ISV partners with packaging, publishing, and onboarding applications into the Microsoft Store • Resolve technical blockers related to installers, Store dependencies, Windows Update, drivers, policies, and OS-level integrations • Help partners adopt the right architecture across Win32, .NET, UWP, WebView2, PWA, MSIX, and unpackaged app models • Build small tools, sample apps, sandbox environments, and reference implementations to reproduce and solve partner issues • Create proof-of-concepts without touching client codebases • Deliver targeted fixes across packaging workflows, SDK usage, and publishing processes • Work across Microsoft teams including Windows Store, WinGet, Copilot, and platform engineering groups • Identify the right internal stakeholders, escalate technical blockers, and drive solutions across siloed teams • Support high-priority partner escalations in fast-moving, cross-functional environments • Create technical guides, internal playbooks, and reusable reference implementations based on partner learnings • Document packaging best practices and onboarding standards for Microsoft teams and ISV partners • Help establish scalable technical guidance for future partner onboarding • Support outreach efforts to software vendors not yet publishing in the Microsoft Store • Help qualify leads, follow up with ISVs, and support partner adoption initiatives

• Design and build core SDK and library features used by Speedtest clients and third-party partners • Develop network testing functionality using Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform • Build and maintain performance-critical components using C++ • Maintain and support legacy SDK products built in Java • Design clean, well-structured and easy-to-use APIs for both SDK and application use • Work close to Android platforms, device hardware and, in some cases, embedded environments • Ensure high levels of reliability, flexibility, portability and code reuse • Implement analytics and telemetry to monitor performance and behavior in production • Write unit, integration, load and stress tests • Debug and troubleshoot complex, multi-layer and multi-platform issues • Collaborate on architecture and technical decisions across SDK, frontend, backend and distributed server teams • Contribute to documentation, developer support and long-term maintenance of SDKs • Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement of engineering practices
