• Edit long-form YouTube reviews, snappy social media ads (TikTok/Reels), and polished product demonstrations. • Design and integrate professional lower thirds, call-to-outs, and data visualizations using Adobe After Effects. • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Topaz, or Premiere’s AI features) to generate assets, enhance low-res footage, or automate repetitive tasks. • Create supporting thumbnails or on-screen overlays using Photoshop and Illustrator to maintain brand consistency. • Ensure crisp sound quality through basic leveling, noise reduction, and impactful music beds.

• Oversee daily entry and reconciliation of financial transactions within NetSuite, ensuring data integrity across all sub-ledgers. • Manage high-volume AP/AR workflows, including vendor invoice processing, payment scheduling, and customer refund reconciliations. • Work closely with the warehouse team to reconcile inventory counts and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) within NetSuite. • Reconcile bank statements and third-party payment gateways against internal NetSuite records. • Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheets, P&L statements, and customized management reports using NetSuite’s saved searches and reporting tools. • Identify and implement NetSuite workflow improvements to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual entry errors.
