This is a remote position. A rapidly growing managed services provider and startup focused on supporting M&A-driven initiatives for Fortune 500 clients is seeking a highly skilled D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys building scalable, high-impact solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing D365 F&O solutions, working closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver customizations, integrations, and enhancements aligned with Microsoft best practices. This is a remote position. Overview A growing small-to-mid-size Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking a Help Desk Technician III to join our fully remote technical support team. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who thrives in fast-paced, client-focused environments and has a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues. As a Tier III Help Desk Technician, you’ll manage high-level support escalations, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure optimal system performance across multiple client environments. You’ll collaborate closely with senior engineers and client leadership to deliver exceptional service, improve uptime, and drive operational efficiency. This is a contract-to-hire position with conversion to full-time employment after 90 days, at which point you’ll become eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO benefits. This is a remote position. Sole Hire is seeking an experienced MSP Procurement Manager to oversee the full procurement lifecycle within a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. This role is responsible for sourcing hardware and software, managing Microsoft 365/Azure licensing, maintaining distributor relationships, and ensuring seamless integration between ERP and PSA systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with D365 Business Central, Autotask, and CloudRadial, along with a strong background in procurement within IT services or an MSP environment. Important Details - This position will begin as a 1099 contract role, with the opportunity to convert to full-time employment after 90 days. - Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available). - Completion of preliminary screening questions is required for consideration. - Candidate must be in the EST or CT time zones.
