Solana Foundation

• Own end-to-end UX design for Solana Foundation web products — from discovery and research through wireframes, prototyping, and final specs • Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate them into clear product decisions • Define information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns for complex, data-intensive interfaces • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality, well-considered experiences • Contribute visual design polish — typography, spacing, component systems — with a strong eye for detail • Maintain and evolve design systems across Foundation products for consistency and scalability • Advocate for the user in cross-functional discussions, balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints

• Own the inbound pipeline. Receive, qualify, and triage incoming leads from developers, wallets, exchanges, fintechs, and other potential integration partners for SDP and API products. • Route with precision. Match leads to the right internal teams and stakeholders based on product fit, technical requirements, and strategic priority. • Keep the system honest. Maintain clean, detailed records in HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) — every conversation logged, every handoff documented, every follow-up tracked. • Synthesize signal from noise. Surface recurring themes, feature requests, and integration patterns from inbound conversations to inform product roadmap discussions. • Close the loop. Follow up with partners post-handoff to ensure they're progressing, flag blockers to internal teams, and keep the experience smooth from first touch through integration. • Brief stakeholders. Prepare and share concise notes, weekly pipeline summaries, and partner briefs for product and leadership. • Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with product, engineering, developer relations, and marketing to ensure alignment on partner priorities and messaging.

• Own, configure, and continuously improve the legal team's CLM platform (Ironclad) • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and legal tech tools across contract review, drafting assistance, compliance monitoring, and matter tracking • Build and maintain automations that eliminate repetitive legal tasks • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures for all key legal workflows • Create dashboards and reporting that give the CLO and leadership visibility into contract status, cycle times, and compliance posture • Stay current on emerging legal AI tools and proactively bring recommendations to the team

• Analyze large-scale blockchain and ecosystem datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights in order to keep up with frontier industry trends • Partner closely with engineers, product teams, and ecosystem stakeholders to define metrics and answer high-impact business and protocol questions • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Develop and maintain reliable datasets and analytical models to support decision-making across the organization • Help define and track key ecosystem metrics such as decentralization scores, transaction inclusion performance, validator health, and network economics • Perform exploratory analysis to evaluate protocol updates, ecosystem initiatives, and user behavior trends • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting and analytical workflows • Document methodologies, metrics definitions, and analytical processes to support transparency and knowledge sharing

• Engaging at the executive level: serve as the technical counterpart to CTOs, Chief Architects, and engineering leadership at tier-1 institutions, establishing credibility and trust in complex sales cycles • Driving standards and best practices: identify, create (directly or through coordination with external development teams), and drive ecosystem-wide adoption of institutional standards including tokenization of common asset types, institutional trading, compliance tooling, and institutional custody architectures • Building strategic relationships: cultivate deep technical relationships with custodians, tokenization engines, exchanges, prime brokers, and asset managers. Navigate complex organizational structures to build champion networks and influence multi-stakeholder decision processes • Providing hands-on technical leadership: design reference architectures, drive institutional-grade documentation, and develop ROI models tailored to institutional decision-makers. Partner with business development to navigate 6-18 month sales cycles and institutional procurement requirements

• Play a pivotal part in promoting network health, decentralization, and maintaining censorship resistance on Solana. • Understand the current staking ecosystem and how to strategically deploy stake to improve network health. • Support Solana Foundation’s relationships with the validator community, stakepools, and custodians while advocating for stakers. • Identify weaker points along the multiple axes of decentralization and propose and implement solutions.

• Define and own the Foundation’s data strategy—what we measure, why it matters, and how it informs decisions across the organization • Lead a team of analysts and analytics engineers, each owning a specific ecosystem vertical, and synthesize their work into a coherent cross-vertical perspective • Own relationships with the Foundation’s ecosystem data providers, ensuring coverage, quality, and methodological rigor • Work closely with client teams (like Anza, Firedancer, Jito, Temporal, etc.) on data-driven assessments of Solana protocol upgrades • Drive the data infrastructure roadmap and make decisions on tooling, gaps, and new partnerships • Represent the Foundation’s data perspective in executive conversations and external forums

• Own security strategy and execution across the Foundation’s internal onchain program operations and the broader Solana ecosystem. • Ensure Solana Foundation follows institutional security best practices and creates exportable patterns the wider ecosystem can follow. • Lead the effort to push security as a major priority in the ecosystem by publishing frameworks, guidance, and reports grounded in real data.

• Define and own the Foundation’s data strategy—what we measure, why it matters, and how it informs decisions across the organization • Lead a team of analysts and analytics engineers, each owning a specific ecosystem vertical, and synthesize their work into a coherent cross-vertical perspective • Own relationships with the Foundation’s ecosystem data providers, ensuring coverage, quality, and methodological rigor • Drive the data infrastructure roadmap and make decisions on tooling, gaps, and new partnerships • Represent the Foundation’s data perspective in executive conversations and external forums

• Deploy, monitor, and scale the Foundation's suite of web properties (solana.com, developer tools, marketing sites) across public cloud providers, ensuring high availability for millions of users • Operate and maintain token APIs, trade and quote indexers and real-time data feeds that surface historical and live market data across Solana venues (perps, AMMs, CLOBs, Props) • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, release processes and terraform management to improve developer velocity and deployment confidence • Implement observability with logging, monitoring, alerting, and dashboards across both web services and trading infrastructure • Manage secrets, harden deployments and enforce security best practices across all environments • Set up and maintain data pipelines for network and trading venue behavior monitoring • Support trading infrastructure operations including co-located nodes, Jito shredstream proxies, TPU ingestion and shred distribution • Build and operate ETL pipelines and real-time data feeds with high levels of accuracy and uptime • Build proactive monitoring for transaction landing rates, shred delays, RPC errors, and trader health • Drive incident response, run post-mortems, and build continuous testing tools • Create technical documentation and runbooks that help the team operate and debug infrastructure independently
