Role Description Operating in the industry since 2009, Socialab is a digital-first advertising agency. Our team consists of 70 passionate professionals, working with approx. 80 global and national brands at any given time. Most of the roles we offer give the employee the option to work remotely most of the time. - Creation of media plan and presentation to clients - Campaigns Google Ads and Facebook Ads: Set up, monitoring, optimization - Team management and guidance Qualifications - At least five years of experience in a similar role in an agency or media shop. - Certified knowledge of PPC platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads. - Optional skills: experience in premium market, programmatic, native. Like with all agency positions, experience in an agency is what will differentiate you from other candidates. - Oversee Day to Day Operations - Daily Contact with Clients - Oversee Content & Reports - Propose new services and ideas to clients - Comply with agreed schedule, campaigns, targets / KPIs - Oversee special projects - Financial compliance - Attend client meetings Qualifications - Working experience of at least 2 years at an advertising agency - Be a team player - The ideal candidate must: - Have excellent time and project management skills - Be detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work - Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration - Have good listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Be proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) - Be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing.
