Overview We are seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and support highly scalable, cloud‑first applications that meet rigorous performance, reliability, and security standards. This role focuses primarily on backend development and works closely with cross‑functional partners in an Agile environment to deliver modern, high‑impact software solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions aligned with federal standards and real‑time payment systems - Build and maintain backend services using cloud‑native and serverless architectures. - Design and develop high‑performance Java application components and integrate with distributed systems and services. - Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and engineers within Agile teams to define requirements and conduct design reviews. - Contribute to strategic and tactical planning related to system architecture and the software development lifecycle. - Ensure applications meet high standards for scalability, reliability, security, and availability (24/7/365 environments). - Provide production support, including timely troubleshooting and resolution of complex, time‑critical issues. - Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and technical standards. - Mentor and consult across teams on complex technical challenges and best practices. - Continuously learn and apply new technologies while maintaining strong engineering fundamentals. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience. - 5-7 years of professional software engineering experience in a team‑based environment. - Experience on 3+ Java Projects in spring boot framework - Strong experience designing and developing cloud‑first applications. - Hands‑on experience building and deploying solutions in cloud environments. - Experience with serverless architectures. - Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). - Demonstrated experience building high‑volume, highly available systems. Technical Skills - Strong expertise in Java. - Working knowledge of additional languages and technologies such as JavaScript, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, and Python - Experience with Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems. - Experience with relational databases such as SQL, Oracle, or DB2. - Experience integrating cloud services into applications (AWS preferred). - Familiarity with modern distributed systems and cloud technologies such as Kafka, NoSQL databases, in‑memory data stores, and messaging platforms. - Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming principles. - Knowledge of cloud security best practices for application development and delivery. Additional Skills - Strong problem‑solving and independent decision‑making abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams. Our teams go beyond the expected to help clients move confidently through ambiguity and risk and drive more transformative outcomes. You will operate within an established marketing team, ensuring campaigns and emails are executed with precision and speed. What You'll Do - Build and execute targeted ABM campaigns across digital channels, with a strong focus on email marketing. - Develop and deploy personalized email journeys aligned to account segments, personas, and buying stages. - Build executable assets within marketing automation platforms such as Marketo. - Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including segmentation, audience lists, QA, scheduling, and launch readiness. - Support rapid campaign deployment while balancing multiple timelines, priorities, and stakeholder inputs. What You'll Bring - 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or demand generation within a B2B environment. - Hands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns in a marketing automation platform, specifically Marketo. - Strong understanding of segmentation, testing, deployment workflows, and campaign performance tracking. - High attention to detail, strong QA discipline. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, operations, and creative teams.
