• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to ensure commercial contracting alignment with business goals and growth. • Work as valued partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales functions, being mindful that time is of the essence. • Develop and maintain playbooks for Contracts Managers to ensure consistent and efficient contracting processes. • Lead strategy and drafting non-custom terms, insuring alignment with strategic goals. • Participate in escalated customer negotiations, particularly around key contractual terms and risk allocation. • Collaborate with CCO and CFO teams to ensure commercial terms are accurate, consistent, and aligned with new offerings. • Maintain strong alignment and view across contracts portfolio, including consistency with statements of work, insurance provisions, warranties, and related terms. • Develop and implement standard vendor contracting terms and playbooks to drive consistency and favorable outcomes. • Manage warranty claims and other vendor-related legal issues. • Serve as the company’s in-house subject matter expert on data-related laws and regulations, including CCPA, GDPR, and other emerging regulations. • Partner with the CTO and technology teams to identify, secure, and optimize data rights as products and technologies evolve.

• Perform daily and weekly cash accounting and bank reconciliations. • Create and maintain support schedules and reconciliations for prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, and general expenses. • Manage all aspects of fixed assets, including capitalization vs. expense, depreciation, and disposals. • Record journal entries, review supporting workpapers, reconcile accounts, and prepare month-end closing reports. • Maintain annual report calendar and file online submissions on a routine basis. • Work with internal parties and external auditors for annual financial statement audit and tax returns. • Collaborate with other departments to obtain information needed to reconcile general ledger accounts. • Manage ad-hoc accounting project deliverables as required, ensuring timely completion using extensive spreadsheet skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and others.
