If you have a solid foundation in screenwriting, a passion for compelling narratives, a collaborative spirit, and a comfort with technology, your place is with us. - Lead the entire writing lifecycle from initial concept and loglines to final script delivery. - Write under the continuous guidance of a script editor and participate in weekly team sessions. - Utilize advanced workflow software and daily AI tools to optimize your creative process. - Participate in regular, company-led training to master the dynamic rules of the vertical format. Role Description We are seeking an AI Creative Project Manager to shape the fast-paced, rapidly growing world of mobile micro-drama. Our series—including characters, environments, wardrobe, and overall visual identity—are generated entirely via Generative AI and produced by global partners. This is not a traditional writing or directing role; instead, you will act as a high-level creative gatekeeper. You will review AI-generated episodes, identify creative bottlenecks, and provide precise direction to elevate the final output. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain production folders using Gen-AI tools to ensure consistency across characters, locations, and wardrobe. - Watch and review AI-generated micro-drama episodes. - Audit critical creative aspects like acting, emotion, pacing, editing, sound, music, color, lighting, continuity, and visual believability. - Identify issues and opportunities to maximize audience retention, delivering precise, actionable recommendations. - Submit detailed, organized feedback via Excel logs, tracking episode numbers, precise timecodes, and targeted notes. Qualifications - Degree in Film, Cinema, or related fields. - 5–10 years in long-form, narrative or scripted content, ideally as a Script Supervisor, Script Editor, Director, or Showrunner. - Deep understanding of micro-drama dynamics, including dramatic structures, fast pacing, returning genres, character archetypes, and cliffhangers. - Strong analytical skills to gauge viewer engagement and translate user behavior into actionable creative direction. - Professional working proficiency in English at an intermediate to high level. - Familiarity with or strong openness to integrating Gen-AI tools into modern creative pipelines.
Role Description We are looking for a visionary Film Director & Showrunner to lead the creation of a high-end short-drama series. This role is for a cinematic powerhouse who understands deep storytelling, blocking, and dramatic structure, but is also ready to embrace Generative AI as their primary production engine. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you must be digitally native and tech-curious. We need a storyteller who can translate a traditional director's "eye" into the world of AI-assisted filmmaking, turning scripts into seamless, prestige-quality visuals. As the lead creative, you will act as a "one-person studio." You'll take a project from concept to final master, using AI tools to build worlds, maintain character consistency, and direct virtual "performances." You are the bridge between classic film theory and the future of automated production. Responsibilities - Lead the narrative strategy and maintain a cohesive "look and feel" across a complete short drama series. - Apply your mastery of lighting, composition, and performance to AI outputs, ensuring they mirror the quality of high-end television. - Use AI-assisted tools to build storyboards, shot lists, and backplates that align with your directorial vision. - Personally responsible for the final "director's cut." While you'll have support, you should be comfortable getting hands-on with generation, assembly, and refinement. - Oversee (and perform) the cleanup of AI artifacts to ensure visual consistency and a seamless cinematic experience. - Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and respects intellectual property standards. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Film Director or Showrunner with a portfolio that demonstrates a deep grasp of "the language of film." - An expert understanding of film theory, pacing, and how to evoke human emotion through a lens. - You should have a basic, functional understanding of AI tools (like Midjourney, Runway, or Luma) and a massive appetite to learn more. - Expert-level skills in industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Avid. - High-level proficiency in After Effects or similar tools for masking, compositing, and "fixing it in post." - The ability to find creative workarounds for the current limitations of AI technology. Bonus Skills - Experience with AI audio/music tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Udio, Suno). - A "hacker" mentality — someone who loves testing new tools the day they drop. Language Requirements - Good English required for reading scripts. - Experience working in remote creative teams in English. Portfolio Requirements - Portfolio with relevant work is required. - Strong personal creative projects using AI tools. - 1–5 minute AI video or experimental film in portfolio. - Instagram profile with updated videos. - Explanation of what was your responsibility in the video content.
