• Be the primary point of contact for your accounts, responding to inquiries within 1 business hour • Proactively maintain a regular cadence of communication with each account • Understand the revenue makeup or each of your accounts • Schedule, prepare, lead, and deliver Executive Business Reviews • Manage the contract renewal process • Identify revenue opportunities within your accounts and collaborate with Sales on proposals • Ensure all communication with clients is captured in the CRM • Prepare weekly reports for management summarizing the activity in each of your accounts • Ensure projects remain under budget and on time • Provide first-line support to each of your accounts • Deliver training sessions as part of troubleshooting to empower clients

• Architect, develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality, responsive, performant, compliant, and secure modern web experiences. • Define and implement best practices in coding tools, languages, testing, and development processes. • Drive the team and company forward by identifying opportunities for improvement. • Select appropriate contrib modules and develop custom modules when necessary. • Participate in client calls to elicit requirements and give technical recommendations. • Assist the Sales and Success teams in estimating the level of effort. • Work with the Infrastructure team to implement DevOps best practices. • Build and maintain a quality-focused culture leveraging automation. • Ensure client web properties are kept secure and up to date. • Contribute to the Documentation Library on internal policies and procedures.

• Design & Implement a next-generation DevOps Pipeline to include, standardized configuration, automated testing (security, static code, e2e, accessibility, SEO), automated reporting, infrastructure monitoring & self-healing • Maintain existing infrastructure delivering managed WordPress & Drupal hosting • Evaluate current local development environment and implement improvements • Contribute to Documentation Library on infrastructure, internal policies, and procedures • Virtualization platform evaluation • Infrastructure monitoring evaluation • Ensure documentation of Sevaa Network is accurate and kept up to date

• Help grow revenue by expanding existing accounts and identifying new accounts • Collaborate with existing marketing functions at the company • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop accounts to identify decision-makers • Build and run prospecting activities (calls, emails, online meetings) • Provide rapid response to inbound inquiries from all sources • Ensure all communications are documented and tracked within the CRM • Maintain relationships with strategic accounts along with their Client Success team • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule • Work closely with internal stakeholders to define sales strategies • Create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
