Role Description We're searching for someone who lives and breathes LinkedIn Ads - with deep platform expertise, and a knack for creative ad concepts that cut through in the feed. - Own and drive overarching LinkedIn Ads strategy across the client portfolio. - Plan and execute medium to large-scale LinkedIn Ad campaigns. - Monitor and evaluate campaign performance against KPIs, implementing new strategies and tests. - Optimise audience targeting, bidding, and creative to maximise client performance and achieve the best ROI/ROAS. - Identify growth opportunities and new ways to scale spend efficiently. - Manage client communications and liaise with both internal and external teams. - Identify inefficiencies in accounts and implement optimisation strategies. - Implement 3rd party, 1st party tracking. - Mentor and guide junior paid media team members. - Collaborate with the copy & design team to develop creative assets and compelling ad copy. - Implement internal AI assisted tools into each stage of the process. Qualifications - UK-based. - 3+ years of experience working in or for the B2B sector (ideally SaaS). - 4+ years of experience within a digital marketing agency, specifically performance marketing & lead generation roles. - Proven, hands-on experience managing and growing LinkedIn Ads campaigns at scale. - Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, audience targeting, and ad formats. - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce). Requirements - Desirable (but not essential): Experience managing or mentoring a paid media team. - Familiarity with paid search and other paid social channels (Google Ads, Reddit, Meta & Facebook Business Manager). • Plan and execute medium to large-scale, Google & LinkedIn Ad campaigns • Monitor and evaluate the performance of paid campaigns against KPIs, implementing new strategies and tests across channels. • Ensure the most effective channels are utilised to maximise client performance and achieve the best ROI/ROAS. • Create monthly reports for clients, showcasing key insights and performance data using Google Analytics, CRM systems and internal dashboards. • Identify growth opportunities. • Manage client communications and liaise with both internal and external teams. • Identify inefficiencies in accounts and implement optimisation strategies. • Implement platform specific tracking (primarily through Tag Manager) • Work closely with the Head of Paid Media on overarching paid media strategy. • Collaborate with the copy & design team to develop creative assets and compelling ad copy.

• Own and execute medium to large-scale SEO strategies for B2B SaaS and technology clients, spanning technical SEO, content strategy, and authority building • Analyse organic performance against KPIs, identifying opportunities, testing hypotheses, and iterating strategies to drive sustainable growth • Ensure SEO efforts align with broader performance marketing goals, maximising organic contribution to pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition • Produce monthly client reports and insights, using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEO platforms, and internal dashboards • Identify growth opportunities across content gaps, technical improvements, internal linking, and competitor activity • Act as the primary SEO point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations clearly and proactively • Collaborate closely with Paid Media, Creative, and Content teams to ensure joined-up search strategies and consistent messaging • Identify inefficiencies in organic performance and implement prioritised optimisation roadmaps • Oversee technical SEO best practices, including site architecture, indexing, and tracking implementations
