Data Analyst

• Develop interactive data reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and Excel based on user requirements (30%) • Manipulate and extract meaning from complex datasets, including development and implementation of automated Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) functions in Power BI as well as use of Excel spreadsheets and Pivot Tables and writing SQL queries/views to extract and manipulate data from relational databases (30%) • Advise and consult with program leaders and staff on matters related to program evaluation, data collection and reporting, and performance improvement efforts (15%) • Participate in intra- and inter-departmental meetings and represent Data team on relevant agency committees and workgroups (15%) • Actively contribute to team knowledge-sharing through peer review, collaborative problem-solving, and a positive, supportive team culture (10%) • Engage in individual and collaborative work to advance team values related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Manage and coordinate complex, time-sensitive projects with many different stakeholders.

As a Parent Partner you will walk alongside families, offering one-on-one and group support grounded in their own lived experience. ABOUT KAISER WRAPAROUND This Kaiser Wraparound Program is a partnership between Kaiser Permanente and Seneca Family of Agencies, providing behaviorally focused mental health services to children and families. The program aims to provide children and their families with the support and services they need for children to maintain the lowest level of care possible and avoid out of home placements (group homes, juvenile hall, and hospitalization). Billing Specialist

• Prepare and submit accurate claims, invoices and required documentation for services, including coding diagnoses and procedure codes • Monitor and track claims to ensure timely submission and investigate and resolve billing inaccuracies and billing related issues • Check eligibility and benefit verification to determine client’s eligibility and if additional private health insurance exists for each client • Collaborate with funders and insurance companies to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors • Communicate with program and QA staff regarding any changes to a client’s eligibility • Bill and collect copays/deductibles from parents/guardians in applicable programs • Upload files to respective systems to apply payments and adjustments and provide reports from the electronic health record system • Review billing denial queues and billing-related reports on a daily basis to ensure the timely processing of claims and denials • Resubmit claims as needed • Communicate with program staff regarding corrections or necessary changes in documentation • Input, complete, and review billing and payment invoices using internal and external Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Clearinghouse systems for assigned program(s) and submit reports in a timely manner • Maintain proper documentation for each claim, including relating to the approval or denial of claims, utilizing the appropriate county forms and systems • Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies • Work with payers to appeal and correct errors • Stay up to date on changes in billing codes, regulations, and payer policies • Attend all required trainings and meetings
Grant Writer

• Lead grants strategy, proactively identifying and cultivating funding opportunities that align with Seneca’s funding priorities. • Initiate, build and maintain relationships with foundation and funding partners, as well as internal teams and staff. • Produce grant requests and reports that accurately and compellingly describe programs to support youth and families for foundations and other private funders. • Collaborates with program staff to identify meaningful data and outcome measures that support effective program tracking, evaluation, and grant reporting. • Collaborate closely with development team and program leaders across agency, proactively partnering to leverage expertise from others and achieve grant strategy goals. • Project manage the development of proposal components, including proposal budgets, receive and integrate feedback from stakeholders, and participate in a collaborative process of final compilation for all projects. • Oversee the successful completion of projects, including effectively managing workflow. • Participate in, lead, and/or represent Seneca in collaborative meetings with agency staff at all levels, as well as external foundation partners, to plan for and execute projects and represent Seneca’s full continuum of services. • Engage in and contribute to required Strategic Initiatives team meetings, team building retreats, and team activities to identify and work toward departmental goals. • Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.

Fiscal Operations Specialist – Temporary

• Prepare monthly invoice for Federal contract including required backup and specific forms that accompany invoice submission • Review and approve providers invoices, investigate and follow up on past due invoices as needed • Track specific details for invoicing purposes such as travel costs, consultant, and subcontractor invoices • Organize online filing and tracking systems to ensure proper documentation as well as assist accounting team in continually improving documentation processes • Support Accounting Manager with the monthly Accounts Receivable account reconciliations • Work alongside cross-functional partners in accounting, program leadership, and contracted mental health providers throughout the US • Support the execution of compliance programs, internal audits, external audits, and government audits • Maintains central files of all program activities for internal and external audit purposes
HRIS Data Analyst

• Develop and generate complex reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using the UKG Pro platform and other data analysis and visualization tools. • Collaborate with HR and other programs across the agency to understand data needs and requirements. • Manage and maintain the integrity of HR data within the UKG platform through data audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. • Provide guidance and support to end-users on data entry, system functionalities, and best practices. • Assist with HRIS implementations, customizations, upgrades, and other HRIS related projects. • Develop and maintain data and reporting documentation. • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and optimize system functionality. • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in data analysis and reporting technology. • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
