About the Role 💼 We’re on the lookout for a proactive and collaborative Junior Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. Your mission? To ensure our German and Austrian customers get off to the best possible start with Sendcloud and drive real, measurable impact during their first six months. You’ll act as both a product expert and opportunity hunter—removing friction, unlocking features, and creating pathways for success. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Product to ensure that our customers (and our CSM team!) are fully enabled to succeed. What You’ll Be Doing 🧐 Enable and activate new customers during their critical first six months, ensuring smooth onboarding and product adoption. Provide excellent onboarding through calls, meetings, e-mails or onsite visits. Proactively identify growth opportunities and surface them to our commercially focused team for follow-up. Serve as a key connector across teams: With Sales: ensure seamless onboarding and customer handover. With Marketing: provide customer feedback, support campaigns, launch new features, and host webinars. With Customer Support: step in on escalations involving feature enablement or complex setups. With Product: be the voice of the customer—relay insights and feedback, support feature releases, and shape roadmap decisions.
