• Solution Design & Implementation - Engage and consult with partners of the Sei Network to ensure stable, secure solutions. This includes offering best-practice recommendations, live solution design and discussions, and facilitating discovery conversations to better understand use cases • Technical Leadership – Lead complex integration projects, guide cross-functional teams end to end • Client Engagement – Act as the primary point of contact and build close relationships with our most high profile technical customers. Support them on any issues, inquiries, and escalations • Innovation – Stay ahead of digital asset trends, blockchain advancements, and evolving financial infrastructure • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams on new features, and assist in identifying and resolving technical issues • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sei Network partners to ensure their seamless integration and continuous support • Provide technical training and support to customers to ensure they are able to use our products and services effectively

• Serve as a senior advisor to the General Counsel and executive leadership on legal, policy, and operational matters. • Oversee legal strategy for Sei’s cutting-edge incubations across DeFi, market structure, and real-world asset integrations. • Manage and mentor members of the legal team while scaling processes across multiple entities. • Lead engagements with regulators, industry bodies, and partners on emerging frameworks for digital asset innovation. • Oversee commercial, governance, and compliance matters with a focus on scalability and clarity. • Partner with business and product leads to enable compliant product launches and partnerships. • Maintain alignment between Sei Labs and Sei Development Foundation on key strategic initiatives.

• Conduct original research in blockchain systems — bridging theory, cryptography, and practical engineering constraints. • Collaborate closely with engineers to translate research into systems that run at 5 gigagas/second scale. • Publish papers and technical reports that advance both the academic and practitioner communities in web3. • Influence the engineering direction of our blockchain by grounding design decisions in rigorous analysis.

• Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements (vendor, SaaS, partnership, grant, etc.). • Support entity governance, board coordination, and cross-entity recordkeeping. • Collaborate with the Operations team to establish service level agreements (SLAs) and internal workflows. • Work closely with product and engineering teams to operationalize new initiatives and compliance frameworks. • Help coordinate external counsel and special projects, including data protection and employment matters. • Develop and refine internal processes for contract management and operational compliance (via Ironclad and other tools).

• Write code to build the core sei blockchain (consensus, state management, etc.) • Proactively identify and drive optimizations and improvements to the product. • Collaborate with our frontend team to fine tune our REST API to support our customers. • Take ownership over your work and the work of the team.
