• You'll be the second member of our Product Support team, trusted to design processes, set standards, and shape how Support is done at Secfix. • Act as the first line of support on product-related queries via chat, responding with empathy, clarity, and efficiency to resolve issues quickly. • Document bug reports, review logs, and identify recurring issues; collaborate closely with Product Engineering to escalate and track resolution without the need for direct debugging or code fixes. • Perform pre-release QA checks to ensure you are uptodate. • Own and update the knowledge base, including creating help center articles that simplify complex topics for our customers. • Create videos and own communication on new feature releases and get our users excited about new functionalities. • Continuously refine support processes to optimize customer experiences and improve efficiency. • Serve as the technical product expert, training Customer Success Managers on product features and common troubleshooting methods to help them handle customer inquiries effectively.

• Own and drive the compliance roadmap inside the Secfix platform across different compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, TISAX, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS 2, DORA, ISO 27017/27018, ISO 42001, C5, and more as we expand) • Implement ISO 27001 and adjacent frameworks end-to-end for customers • Mentor and upskill the compliance team: sharing expertise, reviewing work, and helping drive consistency in audits and customer deliverables • Conduct internal audits directly for strategic and complex customers, and review the internal audits performed by junior team members to drive quality and consistency • Act as a compliance partner to CSMs and sales reps: fast, reliable support for customer questions, and joining customer calls when deep expertise is needed • Own the quality of compliance content in the platform (including creating policies, evidence templates, Compliance enable playbooks for our CSMs, security awareness trainings and more) • Close framework gaps and incorporate auditor feedback into both team practice and platform improvements • Partner with product and engineering to translate compliance gaps into structured product work • Collaborate closely with CS, Product, and Founders to align compliance, customer, and roadmap priorities • Deepen relationships with our existing certification partners and train auditors on the Secfix platform so they can confidently use it during customer audits

• Own a portfolio of mid-market customers and be fully accountable for renewals and expansion • Own the end-to-end implementation of compliance frameworks with your customers, guiding them from onboarding through audit readiness • Become a trusted compliance partner, helping customers translate structured frameworks into practical, auditable processes • Build and maintain clear account plans for priority customers • Run structured renewal cycles, including pricing, scope, and procurement discussions • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities and drive them to close • Run effective QBRs with clear narratives, outcomes, and next steps • Translate complex security and compliance topics into business value • Maintain accurate account health, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipeline in HubSpot • Create and improve playbooks, templates, and scalable CS processes

• Manage the customer lifecycle from day 1 through renewal. • Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. • Improve our CSM processes and set up the infrastructure (tools, processes, way we work) to be highly impactful. • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams to align on customer needs and company strategy. • Serve as the point of contact for your customers and drive them to specific business outcomes on their timelines. • Write and record educational and technical content for our knowledge base.

• Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles (engineering, product design) and commercial roles (AEs, BDRs, CX) simultaneously • Build and continuously nurture talent pipelines — treating candidates like a long-term relationship, not a one-time transaction • Track your pipeline with the discipline of a sales funnel — conversion rates, time-to-hire, drop-off points, pipeline coverage • Partner directly with founders and hiring managers; be in the room, shape the brief, and push back when needed • Source proactively — go beyond job boards to find people who aren't actively looking • Automate and systematise your own processes — from pipeline tracking to outreach campaigns — so you can operate at scale without losing quality • Monitor your own KPIs continuously: know when a sourcing campaign isn't converting, when to change a job title, when to rewrite requirements, when to pivot strategy • Drive a structured, fast interview process that respects candidates' time • Represent Secfix as a compelling employer brand at every touchpoint • Contribute to employer branding & talent marketing initiatives to drive team growth

• Own your dedicated SMB territory in the UKI & Benelux region. • Build net-new pipeline through high-volume outbound execution. • Execute structured multi-channel outreach: cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn. • Maintain high activity levels and daily outreach targets. • Run discovery and qualification calls with SMB prospects. • Hand over well-qualified opportunities to Account Executives. • Maintain clean CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking in HubSpot. • Identify small automation improvements to increase efficiency. • Use feedback and data to continuously improve outreach performance.

• Own a feature from the first customer conversation to the version that's live on production. • Write the spec yourself and pair closely with engineers through the build. • Oversee your design shipped on production exactly the way you designed it. • Maintain the components and patterns that make design fast. • Run the ticketing workflow and keep engineers unblocked. • Build tools and skills that let engineers do good design work without you in the room.

• Month 1: Become a strong IC. Get into the codebase, ship a meaningful feature, and prove to yourself and the team that you can build at the level we need. You don't need to be the best senior engineer on day one, but you should be onboarded and delivering high-quality work fast enough that you can credibly help others improve. Expect to spend 70–80% of your time writing code. • Month 2: Own hiring. Beyond continued IC contributions, take over engineering interviews and build a better technical interview process. The current setup depends too many people. You'll design technical challenges, run screens, and make hiring more consistent and repeatable. This matters — we're planning to double the team in the next 12 months. • Month 3: Start leading. Help design a pragmatic way to evaluate team performance — simple, measurable, not bureaucratic. Start doing more regular 1:1s with each team member, focused on three things: output x impact, quality, and AI efficiency. Identify who's behind and help them improve. Remove obstacles from top performers. • Over time, the balance shifts. Coding goes from 70% to 10–20%. Hiring becomes the plurality of your work, we’ll grow the team from 5 engineers to 9 in the next months (50–70% during active hiring, 20–30% after). Mentorship and process improvement grow as the team grows. But you never fully stop building — you stay in the code enough to have credible technical judgment.

You're working on major new features — not picking up a ticket, but writing the technical spec, presenting the architecture, getting alignment, and driving it to production. And working on it with the team in a state they can own. • Lead our multi-tenant evolution. Today each customer gets their own workspace. As we grow, we're building support for organisations that need to manage multiple sub-tenants — think a holding company overseeing compliance across several subsidiaries, or a consultancy managing certifications for a portfolio of clients. You'll design the architecture that makes that possible cleanly and at scale. • Build our first AI product. We're moving from "we use AI in our tooling" to "we ship AI to customers." This is a meaningful shift — and one of the most technically interesting challenges we've faced. You'll help define what that looks like and lead the backend architecture that makes it real. • Lay the foundations for agentic AI. Longer-term, we're building towards AI that can autonomously run compliance workflows. The technical decisions made now will define how we get there. You'll be making them. • Bring AI-assisted engineering to the whole team. You're genuinely curious about how AI tooling is changing the way we build — and you share that curiosity openly. You try new tools, figure out what actually works, and bring the rest of the team along with you. Not through formal sessions, but through the natural back-and-forth of working together day to day. • Grow alongside the team. You care about the engineers around you.
