• You independently design and deliver instruction and enjoy supporting participants’ learning processes. • You take responsibility for teaching and course content in our continuing education programs, with particular emphasis on nursing management, law and data protection, social sciences, communication, leadership, conflict/time management, nursing science, nursing organization, case management and quality management. • You are able to convey a strong practical reference to theoretical topics. • You are open to additional subject areas within our seminar offering. • You support and advise our participants in their day-to-day learning, including preparing and administering (final) examinations. • Your remit also includes applying various teaching strategies to differentiate learning in video-based and in-person formats and to create a positive learning climate.
