Role Description As an Account Manager, you will be utilizing heavy outbound prospecting efforts to partner with real estate agents across the nation, working together to secure their clients' homes and protect their families. Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Creation Associate to join our team and work remotely. In this role, you will assist customers over the phone by providing information about our internet packages, entering account information, performing quality assurance, data entry, scheduling, and maintaining confidentiality. Your primary responsibility will be to help guide potential customers in selecting the best internet package to meet their needs while accurately processing package data. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
